This is the single worst job board I…

This is the single worst job board I have every used. When I attempted to use google autofill, it created an entirely new account which I had to update and finish creating so I could delete it. Even then, they said they would delete it within 2 weeks, not immediately.

On top of that, I tried to access my original account I made a week ago and now its blocked saying I need to verify it. It was asking for photos and videos of me and trying to get photos of my government ID to share with third party sources. Now I can't even get rid of my old account nor can I access it without giving my personal info to sketchy websites.

I read into this and the sketchy site, Persona, said it would delete this information within 6 months. However, I'm reading online that people are constantly being asked to re-upload their personal information to keep their accounts verified. On top of this, they didn't say what groups they would share this information with upfront.

Overall, my experience with this site was horrible. I want access to my account only to delete it at this point because this wasted a lot of my time and patience.

A complete failure

LinkedIn Customer Support consistently reflects a level of inefficiency and detachment that is difficult to reconcile with the scale and maturity of the platform itself.

Over time, one expectation would be some evolution toward responsiveness, clarity, or even basic customer-centric thinking. Instead, the experience remains largely static: slow resolution cycles, generic responses, and a noticeable absence of ownership when real issues arise.

What stands out most is not a single failure, but the pattern. Requests feel processed rather than understood. Support feels procedural rather than helpful. And resolution, when it comes, often feels incidental rather than intentional.

For a platform that positions itself at the centre of professional identity and business networking, the gap between brand perception and support reality is striking.

One is left wondering how such a system sustains itself at scale, and more importantly, how long users are expected to simply adapt to its shortcomings rather than see meaningful improvement.

At a minimum, a recalibration toward accountability and genuine customer focus would not be innovative, it would simply be overdue.

What started as a professional network…

What started as a professional network for professionals, turns out to be taken over by a collection of utter useless idiots. It is just as horrible as any other network app. Only good for the unoriginal, the brainless. When you are irrelevant in whatever you do, here you can promote yourself.
Credits here largely to the arrogant, incompetent hypocrites who work at this company.

LinkedIn are extorting money from their users, restrict but not remove

Without further ado, they restricted access to my account just as I had moved up to a paid tier. They demanded verification, but when I completed the procedure via Persona that I had to share my sensitive data with, btw, all I got was a nonchalant e-mail response informing me I didn't comply with their guidelines and, therefore, my account would remain restricted.

Interestingly, they don't ban it. They 'restrict' it by putting it on hold forever, so I can't control my profile, settings, subscriptions and even the voluntary deletion.
In the meantime (I'm restricted, remember?), they don't prohibit me from paying by sending reminders about approaching payment terms.

Their system is bogus and, frankly, idiotic. Facebook may lift restrictions after verifications. LinkedIn won't do that.
OK, I'm content with this outcome. Then please terminate my account and subscriptions. All my attempts to contact them on social media, such as X, were in vain. By that, they acknowledged employing a scammy money-milking tactic. Avoid them at all costs.

We bought our 2026 Dodge Ram Rebel 2500…

We bought our 2026 Dodge Ram Rebel 2500 Diesel in December. We have a dent that was there when we purchased the truck, to have them fix it. Neither Sales nor Service have gotten back with us after several calls and in person visits. 2 months ago we receive d a recall notice for the Trailer Tow Module is out, and we bought this truck to pull a 5th wheel and we CANNOT PULL WITH THIS TRUCK. We've called and visited several times about the recall, and still have no response...and no one gets back with us. WE HAVE TO HAVE THIS FIXED so we can use the truck for what we purchased it for. NO ONE, sales or service, will get back with us. I plan on placing this review everywhere I can until we get a response. Charles Tice 623.680.1295

linkedin is NOT TRUSTWORTHY

I was a member of LinkedIn for decades, I retired from my career and found a part-time opportunity to keep my hand in the quality side of manufacturing. After a short time I was inundated with connection requests, job offers, and contact invites from people and opportunities that had nothing to do with my career pr post retirement part-time work. I complained, no action, I complained again, no action, wrote to the community looking for help and that action quadrupled the annoyances of my original complaint.

I cancelled my account and several months later was searching for a friend and keyed in my name and the demi gods of linkedin created a whole new persona IN MY NAME! I was now the retired employee of General Dynamics Land Systems (the end customer that I was performing third party quality audits for) and looking for work. My attempts to reach out to get this misinformation corrected was answered through "no-reply" emails and texts. After months of wasted time I gave up and cancelled my membership for a second time and the BS is still out there under my name. Now I am blocked from joining again and the process is a "chase-your-tail" loop that takes you nowhere. These people should be in a federal prison making gravel out of boulders!

If anyone has input on legal action that I can take to make linkedin correct what they have done in my name and issue a formal apology I would be grateful.

My account was "temporarily" restricted

My account was "temporarily" restricted, and support sent me a link for Persona verification. However, Persona does NOT work in Russia—it seems to have stopped working about two months ago. I asked them for a manual review and sent my documents, but they totally ignored me and closed my case without any resolution. Now I can't prove who I am, which is completely ridiculous, especially since I have never broken any of their rules.

My Case ID is 260421-022632. A support consultant actually told me to "change my country to one that Persona supports" and try again. Sorry, what? I don't think a real person ever even looked at the documents I sent.

To make matters worse, their support system is a complete mess. Whenever I tried to submit a ticket from my registered email, the form wouldn't send at all—it just endlessly redirected me to self-help articles. I was forced to use a DIFFERENT email address just to get through. And what happened next? I had to spend several days just convincing the consultant to look into my actual account. They initially refused to communicate with me because I was emailing from the "wrong" address, completely ignoring the fact that their own broken form gave me no other choice!

This is by far the absolute worst customer support I have ever experienced. If anyone here has any contacts, knows how to reach a real human there, or can help me escalate this issue, I would be extremely grateful.

Unfair Permanent Ban due to Technical System Failure

I am absolutely OUTRAGED by the pathetic level of service provided by LinkedIn. I have been using this professional account since 2023, and it was suddenly restricted over a minor stylistic font issue.
When I tried to verify my identity, your support team sent me a faulty 'Persona' link that DOES NOT WORK in Pakistan. Despite me reporting this technical failure multiple times and offering a legal affidavit/government ID, your support team ignored me. They closed my case using robotic, copy-pasted replies without a single human ever looking at my evidence.
You are punishing a professional user for YOUR OWN technical failures and broken links. This is not support; it is professional harassment. I demand an immediate manual review of my case by a real human being. Stop hiding behind your broken AI!

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with LinkedIn’s Trust & Safety support.

My account was suddenly suspended without any clear explanation. Over the course of this process, I was asked to submit my identification documents (NID, passport, and driving license) multiple times — around 6–7 times — and I fully complied each time.

Despite my cooperation, my account was permanently restricted without providing any specific reason. The support team referred to “earlier communication,” but there was no clear mention of any actual policy violation.

The lack of transparency, consistency, and proper review in this process is extremely frustrating. As a user, I believe I deserve a clear explanation and fair treatment.

I hope LinkedIn improves its support system and handles such cases with more accountability in the future.

Unfair Account Restriction – No Proper Review (Case #260423-013807)

My LinkedIn account (Case #260423-013807) was permanently restricted without a clear explanation, and my appeal was rejected without what appears to be a proper human review.

I am the legitimate owner of the account and have always used LinkedIn professionally. I am fully willing to provide identity verification or any documents required.

This account is critical to my professional life, and losing access has had a serious negative impact on my career and opportunities.

I respectfully request a fair manual review by a senior specialist and clear clarification regarding the reason for this restriction.

Very disappointed with the lack of transparency and support.

My account was suspended/restricted shortly after I purchased a monthly premium subscription dedicated to my job post.

Hopefully it was a business rule misconception they deployed during this era of AI-generated code.
