While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

What I appreciate most is how clearly…

What I appreciate most is how clearly everything is organized - triage notes, vitals, tasks, and follow-ups are easy to track without missing steps. The daily routine is calmer because handoffs are cleaner and nothing gets lost between shifts. It’s made our team feel more coordinated, especially on busy days.

I can find a patient’s history in seconds - labs, notes, medications, previous visits - without hunting through tabs. During consults, that means I’m looking at the patient, not the screen. The clinical documentation flow feels natural, like it supports my thinking instead of interrupting it.

Our biggest win is workflow speed

Our biggest win is workflow speed - fewer clicks, less bouncing between screens, and a smoother patient flow from check-in to billing. I can pull up operational snapshots without chasing reports from three different places. It feels like LinkHMS was designed by someone who actually understands how clinics run.

LinkHMS has been rock-solid for us

LinkHMS has been rock-solid for us - no surprises, no weird outages, just dependable day-to-day performance. The system is quick, and it’s noticeably reduced the “waiting on the computer” moments at the front desk. It’s the first tool we’ve used where staff stopped complaining about the software entirely.

We switched to LinkHMS last quarter and the onboarding was shockingly smooth - my team was productive in a single week. The pricing feels made for real-world clinics, not enterprise budgets. I also love how polished the interface looks - it actually feels modern and calming to use.
