So far, so good! The customer service alone makes me extremely happy. I converted from ADT, and this is like night and day. My equipment has yet to arrive, but I'm almost positive that if there is ever an issue, Link will be available to assist in every way possible.

The sales rep we worked with was super nice and very accommodating. Also very quick in getting us what we needed and answering our questions.
Equipment costs are extremely low and if you want to add something later you always can without any additional monthly cost.
Link is the best deal we found!
Great customer service from Jose! My Hardware arrived quickly and was very easy to install. Just make sure you follow the directions and understand how to put the sensors together. I put them on backwards the first time and had to redo them. The product works really well and is very easy to use. The price point was perfect as well. I've only had the system for a month but I'm very satisfied from beginning to end.

One of the alarm sensors just won't function properly but I'm locked into a three year deal and so I'm just stuck with a bunk sensor that sets off the alarm if I arm it from inside the house and not from outside the house via the alarm.com app.
There is phone support, we replaced the sensor but still having the same issues. Just one of those things where this is actually where an alarm company would come to your residence and fix it.

I worked with Joseph Barker in setting up a second system with link interactive. I have already used them in another one of my locations for a while and the service has been great. This location was a little tricker to figure out, as their standard system would not do what I needed it too. Joseph was awesome with taking the time to work through my options to get to the perfect set up. Awesome customer service.

This is my third alarm company and it is by far the best. We get emails every time the alarm is set deactivated. We received a call from them last week when all four of our dogs got in front of the motion detector and made the alarm go off. When she said it was the motion detector and not any of the doors or windows we new what had happened. . I can't express enough how good this company is for us.
