Being the 1st time I've been on the site I found what I wanted fairly quickly. Once ordered had the email within seconds & arrived today,5 ish days but it was free p&p so not complaining. Will order again when run low on the items I bought & know when they will come .

I have bought the prebiotic tablets many times through amazon. Very satisfied with the product.
Last time I tried to purchase again through amazon but was not available anymore.
I decided to buy directly from the company. Disappointed as it took long time to arrive.
Amazon delivered in 1 day . The company delivered in 6 days. Otherwise good product need to sort out their delivery timing

I like the company ethos and the subscription service. They have always been very fast to send out products too.
I don't think there is enough information about possible side effects though. I bought Ashwaganda capsules and followed the directions of just taking one a day at the beginning but after 3 days had terrible bowel consequences, nausea and palpitations. All completely cleared after stopping it. Its an expensive mistake to have made

Very happy with there products I have tried many this really is the best in the market.

I purchased the multi plus and energy + coQ10 and have been taking them for a few days now. I've noticed that I feel less tired and have more energy throughout the day. I'd recommend these supplements if you're deficient in your diet and lacking in energy.

The fact these are food based is amazing. Great supplements actually designed for people. I rate this very highly.

Have used the sleep tablets for the past 2 years and definitely feel the difference every night. Usually it would take me roughly an hour or so to sleep, however it now takes me roughly 5 minutes!
