The Linwood team was professional and timely to work with. They listened to our needs and interests, and helped us achieve the home design we were looking for. No regrets working with them. We have been in the house for several years and are enjoying living here.

I have purchased two Linwood building packages for property in Washington State and have been more than satisfied with the quality of their products - so much so that I have recommended them to friends (who were also very happy). Linwood’s customer service was outstanding (my primary contact was Sam Clark, but other staff were great too). If I ever need another home package, I will certainly go to Linwood first.

Linwood used quality building materials as well as competent contractors during our build. Ross our main build contact was always available by phone or text anytime. We are very happy with the end result and would recommend Linwood for your building project.

We have now completed construction of our Linwood home package.  I would like to thank you for your great product and responsive service. Beginning with our original contact with Amy Peri, and throughout development of the plans and our modifications, delivery of the kit, and construction, I have to say your performance was superb.  And this was during the COVID 19 pandemic, which disrupted all manner of normal business processes. On top of that, the flooding in the Pacific Northwest added further challenges. What problem-solvers you guys are! The end result exceeds our expectations. The quality of the lumber is top notch, we ran out of nothing during the build, and our panelized walls were well engineered and constructed. Perhaps most telling is the impression made on the inspectors, contractors, and our engineer--they are clearly not used to seeing this kind of quality.  One County inspector was interested in purchasing the same model!

Linwood Homes built us a beautiful and high quality lake home in Muskoka, Ontario. The materials are top quality, and the design is beautiful and truly unique. We were surprised at how fast the process was once it got started. We get tons of compliments about the design and how well is fits on our lot. The team at Linwood was very helpful and accommodating. We would recommend this builder.

Stan Powers with Linwood Homes is great to work with. He is thorough and kept our project on track to include follow up with all parties involved in our build. Stan does not leave you after the initial design, purchase and ordering; he keeps in contact throughout the project and truly cares for your success as a homeowner. Stan has created a relationship for life and I would highly recommend not only a Linwood Home but also to work with Stan Powers.

Linwood helped us accomplish our build in ways we never foresaw. Having their (excellent) design team on staff to customize our plans saved us architect fees. Using their engineer (who helped get us through permitting) saved us time, hassle and money. Our framers said 1 panel was 1/16th off, the the entire rest of our house fit like a glove. Amy and the rest of the staff supported us - like all jobs, little things go wrong, and this company put their reputation before profits, making every thing more than right. We're not quite moved in yet, but finished with the Linwood part of our build. I'm already looking to use them again for a cabin, and our GC is hoping to build a Linwood on his next spec home.

I just want to share what a privilege it has been working with you with our house and now our new building for our brewery. Working with you and Linwood during a pandemic and all the other complications went smoothly for us. All products were shipped and arrived on time. We appreciated knowing the price of materials right up front. Our contractor was very impressed with the quality of the material supplied by Linwood. He really loved our roof material, and said it was Cadillac Style. The finished building is exactly what we were hoping for. Stan and his diligence kept all of us on track and nothing slipped by that would have delayed our project. Thank you Stan and Linwood for making our building project a success.

STAY AWAY from this company and any of their affiliated builders, especially Timber Ridge Homes (Calgary, Alberta) who is also owner/co-owner of Linwood Homes. While the prefab home from Linwood is of quality the whole building process by this developer was a nightmare! We were grossly underquoted in our initial contract (we ended up paying almost double what the estimate was) and numerous mistakes were made by some subcontractors who had no idea about the building codes in our area. My husband ended up re-doing a lot of the work that we initially had to pay for only because it was substandard or incorrect. There was significant lack of communication, and mis-communication from the “project manager” (who ironically was the developers son). What should have been an exciting endeavor turned out to be a horrific experience. I would NEVER recommend Timber Ridge to anyone and I sincerely wish we had never signed with this builder. They call themselves “award-winning” which, in our opinion, they are a far cry from!

Early in 2020 we pulled the trigger and ordered our 2 car garage + loft project from Linwood Homes. Now these were uncertain times to say the least, but thanks to excellent support from the Linwood representative in WA state we worked efficiently through the final design process details and purchase process.
We scheduled for delivery in June/July of 2020 and throughout the process communication was clear and options for flexibility always there. Once we took delivery of the package and throughout the building process no concerns whatsoever and some minor questions/requests were swiftly taken care off.
The quality of the materials exceeded our expectations and accuracy of the panels and other prefab components was excellent. All in all we would recommend Linwood homes and we would certainly do it all over again.

The experience over all was Very good. I feel that most of the confusing points were due to our acting as our own general contractors. The important thing was that no matter how many times we called Amy she was available and got us answers quickly.

We are so glad that we found Linwood. The web site is fantastic which we used to help pick out our new cottage. We went with one of the models on the site and had Linwood modified the plan a bit to our suit our needs. They looked after all the engineering, materials - windows, shingles and things I would never had thought about ...The staff was excellent. They helped us through the process but most importantly, quality of wood is 5 stars. TOP quality just like they said. I would have given five stars except for how the material is shipped. Unloading a sea container full of lumber was a bit of hassle.

We were extremely happy working with Linwood homes. Their team was beyond helpful in making our dream home come true. We ran into many different hurdles with county codes, setbacks and height restrictions. Amy Peri, in sales and all of Linwood’s team worked diligently to help overcome all obstacles that came our way. They even had to re-engineer our entire plans to reduce the height of the home to fit within the county codes. The quality of the materials is outstanding. We love our Linwood home and can’t say enough great things about it. We have received so many compliments on how beautiful it is. Linwood homes, was very supportive through the entire process from the first day we contacted them until we received our final occupancy signoff. They were always by our side.

We demolished our existing house and then replaced it with our Linwood custom home within the space of 9 months in 2012. Every aspect of our project went smoothly:

-Our salesperson Stan Powers did an outstanding job of incorporating our design changes to fit our needs and desires as well as finalizing our order
-Our Linwood construction manager, the late Todd Bevan, assembled and supervised a great team of area contractors who completed our project on time & within our budget

We're thoroughly satisfied with our Linwood custom home, and have recommended your company to others over these past years.
