Great service
Great service. I had an issue with one of my miners. Initially I sent them details of the problem (they have a web form on their website which I filled it). However, I didn’t get a reply and so that is why I knocked off a star. However, they do have an email address for technical issues which I filled it. I was quite surprised how quickly they got back to me - and they have now fixed my problem!
Great service! But I do recommend that they have a look at their webform.

Easy to setup. Better than the original Helium hotspots: they’re seeing more hotspots within my area; probably because of the 3 dbi antenna vs 1.2.

Average hotspot
It has been working fairly well since arrival and was very easy to setup. A couple issues however are 1. The Hotspot regularly stops working and requires a power cycle to bring back online. 2. The Bluetooth functionality to manage the device doesn't seem to work well. It was hard to get in for initial setup, and I haven't been able to get back in via Bluetooth since
