While the device itself is operating fine, the delay in delivery resulted in serious loss of earnings and ROI. I also believe Linxdot have yet to refund hundreds of folks who cancelled their orders while they citing no funds while at the same time they blatantly advertise 5G devices and more. Bad form!

Delivered on time , miner has worked since i plugged it in with no faults,,just wished I had purchased all my helium miners from linxdot, cheers

so far the hostpot is working fine, the delivery took more than it should

My Hotspot has been faultless. I initially installed it in my study and watched its performance. I then purchased an antenna and installed this on my roof with the Linxdot in the ceiling. It worked perfectly. I am very happy.

Excellent product, excellent performance

The time it took to receive was un acceptable.
I missed out on way too much HNT rewards. It could have paid for itself if I had not had to wait ove a year to get it.

Honestly. Just pluged in. Made the setup and forget about it. After 1 year is working fine. All good until now.

Item works as prescribed just helium network going to the dogs.

Had issues ordering due to covid and supply.

But not much else to mention hope I can use crank network on it.

So far it has worked without problem, I use it with its factory antenna, inside a room, in front of a window... Transmit Scale: 1.00

Firstly, the shipping process took an excessive amount of time. I had to wait for over 7 months to receive my device. This delay was frustrating, as I was eager to begin using the hotspot and benefit from its features.

Once the device arrived, I encountered a series of issues that made the setup process difficult. It was not user-friendly, and I struggled to get the hotspot functioning properly. Moreover, I found it extremely challenging to reach out to anyone for support. The lack of responsive customer service only added to my dissatisfaction with the product.

While I understand that some delays and issues can be expected with any product, I believe there is ample room for improvement in terms of shipping time, ease of use, and customer support. I hope that my feedback will help your team address these concerns and enhance the overall user experience.

I just have 1 problem in begining but after the linxdot team change the hotspot, everything is OK. I just have to turn off my HS 1 time. So, i happy with my linxdot CM4.

The unit works well and I have had no problems with it at any time

It is one of the cheapest miner rigth now. The delivery time is not as great.
