Worst Shop with worst Customer Service and low Quality items

This company is a complete joke. The jewelry is cheaply made and looks nothing like what’s advertised. Their website claims “no hassle” returns, but that’s misleading at best. When you try to return an item, they only offer 30% back to your original payment and force the rest as store credit clearly a tactic to keep your money.

This is a total rip-off. If a customer is unhappy with a purchase, they should be entitled to a full refund, not trapped into spending more money with the same company. I strongly recommend DO NOT buy from this jewelry site.

I ordered the heated throws 11/30 and yet to receive them. I was offered a refund of 60% because they would be taking a loss. What about my loss the money for the order no merchandise and now wanting to only receive partial refund. Tracking was delivered. I haven't received anything but stress, accusations and lies. I asked who was the delivery company and couldn't tell me. Looks like this site just a scam. Take your money and run

I received my package the piece are so beautiful....I emailed Liona cause I was afraid I would get it through the mail... They reassured me and gave me a tracking number so I could follow the package very happy thank you so much

I love this jewlery product, it stays so fresh and new looking.one downside was I could not. Work out how to open clasp on the eternity bracelet but got there in the end with help of husband, it may be an idea to enclose instructions on how to do this. I definitely reccomend these products, also customer service aftercare respond immediately if you have any difficulties.

Excellent customer service emailing leading up to purchasing. When product arrived the ring was smaller then 6mm. The bracelet enable to open. The engraving on the bracelet part of it is smudged. I wanted ring and matching bracelet 6mm in size.

I recently purchased from this site after seeing the Pinterest ads I was extremely skeptical, but I was definitely very satisfied with the jewellery and ordered again. Overall this website is sketchy and off putting but at the end of the day you’ll still get your jewellery so I recommend.
