DONT BANK WITH FIDELITY
I wanna start off by saying, I really wouldn’t even give this bank ONE star.
I have had bad experiences with this bank out of Baton Rouge Louisiana.
The current bank manager at the branch on bluebonnet blvd, was very misleading
and that Mr Brandon at the customer service center out of New Orleans, Louisiana, is the Worst customer service banking agent I have ever encountered
in my ENTIRE BANKING LIFEEE, Most banks help their customers. I could tell from the beginning he didnt give a care about nothing or nobody,He is very condescending about everything.
I was mislead about a charge I had,
So I spoke with the branch manager at the bluebonnet blvd location out of Baton Rouge Louisiana, about this issue, Then Brandon made it out to be something else. So do not choose this bank, if you run into a problem they won’t help, instead they HURT, I have recommend people at my job to try this bank, and they all have said bad things about them, and closed their accounts.They also said that the tellers are rude, they are correct, There is a Caucasian girl who would always wait on me when I went into that branch,she was very short winded with me, just not much to say, barely any eye contact or excitement, so It took me awhile to see what they were talking about, but they were RIGHT…., so this bank should be a strong NOOOOOO, for Americans
