Ordered 2 teeshirts for Father’s Day 2025. One arrived, one hasn’t. Have emailed the company multiple times always getting an automatic reply but no further contact. Company phone number doesn’t work. No one answers emails. 4 months later I’m still down a teeshirt and £25 and frankly I’m p***ed off.

Its impossible to get hold of anyone to discuss the problem - only automated responses to emails and same with their contact and returns forms. Both phone numbers are not connected and the mobile number the search engine came up with is a pest controller who told me he's been getting loads of calls for Lion Legion, which shows how many people are trying to reach them. Before ordering the t-shirt we carefully measured using the size guide however the tshirt is way too large. We did want to exchange it for a size down but now just want to return it and get our money back. I don't want to deal with this company any longer than i have to. I just want to add that I rarely give bad reviews but in this case it seems like its the only way to get the attention of this company and get the matter sorted.

Quality - attractive products, polite and good natured, well mannered service, prompt delivery with no issues.

I have purchased two nice quality t shirts now and can`t fault them.

Good quality, fast delivery, alway been very satisfied with my purchases from this company. I only wish they would supply a product that applies more to former diesel boat submariners who served on boats with open bridges and guns.

Order for 3 T-shirts was processed and delivered promptly. Unfortunately, sizes were inconsistent and I requested to return two t-shirts for exchange. Despite completing the relevant form, numerous emails and attempts to contact the support team over the past 3 weeks, I have only received automatic responses. Two of the phone numbers have been disconnected and a mobile number I found through a search engine is incorrect. Having now searched the website for their policies, it would appear that the company do not accept returns for incorrect sizes.

ordered a t-shirt, realised the first line of the address was wrong, sent an email with the correct address and asked if I should cancel my order and re-order with the correct address or would they be able to amend the order. There was no response. I have emailed them again and no response. Both phone numbers associated with the company are dis-connected so no response from them either. Have tried their live chat app but again no response. Will keep trying but I think my money has been lost to a total scam company

Found these guys on social media, where I tend to ignore ads. I’m so glad they caught my eye. I’ve ordered twice now. Clothes are mostly printed to order so don’t sit around in a warehouse. Delighted each time. Delivery prompt.
Highly recommended.

Awful company. Size was miles too big so requested a smaller size - might right under online trading regs. I've been ignored and even when they put the obligatory 'we'll be in touch to resolve this on Monday' they didn't. I have now sent them a formal email and copied trading standards as I was to cancel the order now. Again my right.
Do not recommend this company.
They'll just ignore you and aren't committed to comply with online selling rules.

I ordered a tee shirt on 6th June. I received the automated response acknowledgement and my order had been accepted. Almost 2 weeks lapsed without any further update. Therefore, I submitted an email asking when I could expect my order to be delivered. I received a reply on 19th July telling me they could see an “issue” with my order and they would investigate, I have received nothing from them since despite 3 further emails asking for an update.
It was not my first purchase and all other items had arrived in a timely fashion.
I am not at all satisfied with the service and am now trying to recover my purchase cost via my bank as it is impossible to get any communication from Lion Legion.

Still waiting for a t-shirt that I ordered on the 15th June. Every time I email the company it’s the same automated response. The telephone number on the website doesn’t exist. But they are very quick to take your money.

I got a couple of tee shirts as gifts and if I’m honest I wasn’t expecting much but I was so wrong! They are great quality, the fabric feels great, the print is clear, the size perfect, on top if that the customer service was excellent. I was so impressed I’ve ordered again

The tshirts all came in good time. They are good quality and I will certainly recommend you to friends and family.

Utter bunch of shysters.
They refuse to process returns, they pretend the return address on the package isn't the real return address and refuse to answer emails or calls trying to resolve the issue.
It took a credit card dispute to get my money back, avoid them like the plague.

Good quality material, washes and presses very well and keeps its shape (not twisting like some cheaper fabrics). Value for money. Some wicked logos and motifs 🤭

Saw an advert for St Georges day tee shirts, but I needed them urgently to take to Prague for St Georges day party. What a fabulous team, ordered Sunday, dispatched Monday , arrived Tuesday 😀. Thank you to Sarah for organising for the rapid response. We will certainly be the stars of the St Georges day party in Prague next week!

The quality of materials and designs are excellent and my parcel was delivered in just a couple of days.
We don't have an enforced uniform policy at work so I manage keep the office atmosphere light with my witty t-shirts.
I'm proud to be supporting our ex-forces personnel.
