I did not receive my order from Lionopapa. They charged my credit card. I have sent 4 emails requesting assistance resulting in no response. Original order was placed 4-3-23, card was billed immediately, it's 5-1-23 and still no response. Silence. Unable to call since they are in China.

Price means a lot when you are literally buying something to throw it away! This product is perfect! The genie refills are of good quality, lower price, so perfect.

#LION2981; I had given up hope of finding cat litter genie refills at a decent price then I found LionPapa and they delivered. Not only is the product fantastic, but the pricing is far better than I have found any where.

I loved the genie refills I order the first time. Perfect fit and lasted longer. Unfortunately at the time to reorder I received cat litter refills which are square and don’t fit my diaper pail.

Got the litter genie refill (#LION1649). Received the item quickly and it works just as well as the original refills at a fraction of the price. They take PayPal too, which makes me more confident about ordering from them.

The litter refill cassettes I received do not fit my new Litter Genie plus size, which is what I bought them for. They are the wrong shape and are too tall. I guess I'll be keeping my old Litter Genie standard size until these refills are used up.

I have just about finished my first order of bags. These are just as good as the Genie bags and so much less expensive. I will absolutely be ordering again.

We appreciate the price being cheaper than the litter Genie official refills, but your product unravels to quickly and settles in the bottom of the litter box unused.

I was looking for an alternative to the expensive litter genie refills that I usually buy, and I found these. These fit properly and they last a lot longer. Plus they are super easy to start. Less cost and better product. That equals a win-win for me!

I first ordered the Litter Genie refills from Amazon but they weren’t on Amazon any longer so I ordered them directly from Lionpapa. They are great & less expensive than the name brand. It’s hard to find generic litter genie refills!
