While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Terrible Product - No Refund - Cancel Button Don't Work On Purpose
LipDub AI is a terrible product. Their results are useless and they won't refund your money. They also made the cancel subscription button dysfunctional on purpose. Happy to send the screenshots if anyone is interested. (it seems like a bug but it is not, it is a feature)
Just don't use them, don't ever give them your credit card.
Advice from a fellow entrepreneur
I asked for a refund, and you pointed me to a policy that disallows one. Fine—let’s compare two scenarios side by side:
Scenario 1:
I sign up to test your AI, genuinely curious—but then I forget to cancel before my trial lapses. You approve my refund without a fight. Now I see you stand behind your product and your promise. When I’m actually ready to use your service, I’ll gladly resubscribe, keep paying, and even refer buddies—because I trust you won’t nickel-and-dime me. My lifetime value climbs, even if you provide that first usage for free.
Scenario 2:
Same start: I test your AI and forget to cancel. You ruthlessly seize fifty dollars. I’m furious—fifty bucks down for a product I’m not even ready to use. I’m done. You lose me completely (and earn a one-star review on TrustPilot and Reddit). My lifetime value stays at 50, and your customer acquisition/marketing efforts and costs are wasted on $50 revenue when it could've been a lot more in the long run.
Which scenario delivers more profit over time?
- Do you really want to be known as the company that enforces every refund rule, chases a one-off fifty-dollar gain (which customer acquisition costs and other expenses are likely reducing to nearly zero), and risks a PR disaster?
- Or would you rather build trust, demonstrate real empathy, and earn repeat business—plus the positive word-of-mouth referrals that fuel your growth at zero marketing cost?
I’m not fighting because the product sucks: it’s solid, and I would recommend it—once I trust you. So take this one-star review seriously. Keep my fifty dollars if you must, but know that doing right by a customer now is the strategy that will actually protect—and grow—your business tomorrow. I'm saying this in best interest of everyone else who uses your services—whether ready to pay or not.
