I was billed for at least 3 boxes and only ever received 1. Products were mediocre in the only box I received. No customer service to help fix unfulfilled orders or fraudulent billing either.

I tried canceling subscription

I tried canceling subscription. I did it on their website. I noticed a charge of about $27. I checked and my subscription wasn't canceled. In fact they somehow had me down as buying 2 bags. The part I dont understand was they said I didn't cancel yet I got 3 emails(1 for each of my emails) stating they wanted me to subscribe to their monthly bag for $5. So why is it if I am already supposedly subscribed then why ask me to subscribe? And why did they charge $27? If it was for two bags the most I should've been charged was $10. I sent them an email they they have yet to answer my question.

Fraudulent Company

I have been trying for over a year to cancel my subscription to lip monthly. They don’t post a phone number, so I have sent 5 or 6 emails to their support address. All have been ignored. I have returned many bags, unopened, marked “refused return to sender.” No credits have been issued. Because I charged them to my debit card, I now have to cancel that card and get a new one. What a pain! This company is guilty of fraud! Don’t subscribe unless you want to stay subscribed for life. If you do choose to subscribe (and it is a good deal) use a credit, not a debit card! I hope this will help someone else.

Never got bag, forgot about subscription

I joined in October for the Plus bag. There was a promo where the Plug bag would be half off. I never received the October bag. Since I never received the bag, I forgot about the subscription and never canceled. I have now been charged for November as well, so I’m out $30 with no refunds. I just want to cry. I hate Lip Monthly.

They have no problem charging your card…

They have no problem charging your card every month on time but i can't get my bags on time im missing my August bag and now waiting on my October bag which they say will be here in November by that time I'll be charged for the November bag and still haven't received my August bag..🤬

I joined lip monthly under a $5…

I joined lip monthly under a $5 promotion. This is only my second month and there is already an issue. I contacted customer service and asked why are they charging customers if they do not have bags to ship to them. I requested a refund in which I was told they can't do that per contract. That seems like stealing. They have a grade F with the BBB so you have to beware buying from them.

Worst customer support ever run away

One bag received, three bags charged. No good customer service not even a number you can call. The same guy trying to help me out is the same one that can’t give me any decent service. If you want to be cheated out of your money sign up they never answer anyways. Their customer support is a nightmare and I haven’t seen much like it. I set the bar pretty low and sent a few emails about the one missing bag and now two of them aren’t here and they will keep charging you and not giving you any product. Please don’t use this service you will literally receive nothing and customer service only help themselves. SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE IF YOU WANT TO PAY FOR THE IDEA OF A BAG. I lost 60 dollars in this ordeal and it’s a full on scam they don’t even respond to reviews worst customer support ever, did I tell you they don’t even have a number to contact them.

Yes they are legit and trustworthy

Yes they are legit and trustworthy. My daughter has enjoyed her lip monthly products with no issues. The bags the items come in could be much better. Other than that we find them very responsive and it's been great to have that little package to look forward to through covid.

Lip monthly is a rip off

Lip monthly didn’t pay enough postage for shipping. Twice I’ve had to pay $2.40 to the post office. I still haven’t received last months & customer service claimed to issue refunds they never issued & I never received as well as claimed my order has been fulfilled. The products are almost as bad as customer service.

My first shipment in July never…

My first shipment in July never arrived. I was told to contact Canada post and once Canada post picks up the packages from lip monthly, they are now Canada post property and no longer lip monthly responsibility. What? I am asking for a refund and will be cancelling.

Stay away from this horrendous plan!

Stay away from this horrendous plan!! I am disgusted with this company. After receiving three terrible bags of lip products in a row I canceled today. I have sent emails every single month the day I receive the awful colors. Always get the standard email that they are working on going with a more personalized options. Right now!! Absolutely no personalized color choices. Like neutral. Pinks. Reds. Various. Just products that make me look like a corpse!!. I have been sent some colors I have been able to wear in the past. One product. Three cycles of the three month plan. 19 tubes of useless products. I cannot find anyone who will buy them for $3 a tube! . I am reading the reviews and noticing people who have tried to cancel and still get charged. I was on the three month plan. I hope for THEIR SAKE I do not get charged!! Stay away!! Spend your money on one lip product a month from an actual STORE!! Waste of money!! Going to try eBay!

Lip Monthly

I have been so happy with my subscription to lip monthly! I have been a subscriber since February of this year and haven't had any problems at all, even reached out to customer service for a tracking number and they fixed the problem within 24 hours :)

DON'T DO IT!

First of all I keep getting the same products. Then this month I had to pay the mail carrier $2.35 just to get the package. They said the sender didn't pay enough for postage. So I am mad! Ive messaged customer service and am waiting to hear back. Ive cancelled my subscription. Boxycharm and FabFitFun are so much better. Try any other subscription but this one!

Purchased from them and took over a…

Purchased from them and took over a month in a half to receive the bag. When I would reach out to customer service for questions on where my bag was at, would take them 2 days to respond and never given a solution. Finally received the bag and received a product that was broken and completely apart. Reached out to them and provided pictures. They told me they would send a replacement item, and here going on another month and no item nor response from customer service. Horrible customer service

I tried the June special of $5 for…

I tried the June special of $5 for first month. It was decent products and I will use them all. I do love trying new lip balms and glosses, so so far it has been good. I used a Visa gift card to sign up as I have heard it is hard to cancel and charge keep getting made (This way it only has enough for 2 months on the card.) I plan on keeping my subscription for another month and will see if i continue on.

My complaint and tip on how to cancel

If you’re trying to cancel membership and it says “No account found for this email” you have to “create an account” and then it’ll “activate” your account and you’ll be able to cancel. (It’s weird I know)

My package never arrived and when I contacted them they basically said they send the package and they won’t replace or refund. This company is terrible.

Been great so far for me

My May bag was late but they did mention there were delays so it was ok. My March and April bag came fast.

Loved my May bag though and I enjoy receiving it each month. Postcard is cute too.

Paid for NOTHING

I paid for my subscription and never received my item. I contacted support and they did not do anything to refund my order that I paid for or send me the item again. Tracking information shows that it was not delivered, yet they are not doing anything about it.
