I found Lipstick Lifters from a Threads post. Went to the site, tried a few of the free workouts and was hooked. I decided to join after about a month. I'm in my 60s and focusing on strength and the workout plans are on point. I have been reading the articles and appreciate the info. At some point I'll sit down and go through all of them! Chloe and team are very responsive to emails, even offering to help me design a workout on my one. I love the social media posts and agree, Bulgarian Split Squats are the devil!

Great selection of workouts, feels a bit overwhelming at first, but when you get the welcome emails it starts to fall into place.

The bonus guides are great and the member emails you get after sign up are filled to the brim with training information and tips to level up your workouts.

I haven't needed any support yet, I've got everything I need for now.

If you're willing to learn, this is a great alternative to online training with a coach.

Following Lipstick Lifters took me from months of thinking about lifting to actually doing it.

The workout plans are easy to follow and support is great. Debra really helped me build my confidence and put together a weekly rotation that I've been using for 2 weeks now. I'm already feeling much stronger!

Be prepared to get access to a lot of workouts and information about how to tailor your plans. It did feel overwhelming at first, but support is available and response times are fast.

Do not buy from this company.

They do not follow basic consumer protection laws and refuse refunds—even though customers are legally entitled to a cooling-off period after making a purchase.

I bought the membership hoping to see what was actually included, since there’s no sales page or clear breakdown of what you’re getting before you buy. Once inside, I realized it’s just a list of weightlifting workouts, with no real structure or guidance on how to use the content.

When I requested a refund, I was told it’s against their policy—despite the fact that this no-refund policy was not clearly stated on the website or checkout page. It was buried in the fine print of the terms and conditions, only accessible via a small checkbox link.

This kind of lack of transparency feels outdated and unethical. There are far better, more honest businesses out there—ones that respect their customers and operate with integrity. I won’t be buying from them again, and I’d strongly recommend others avoid them too.

I ordered some items which I needed to return for a resize. The clothes are really well designed with lifting in mind and excellent quality. The return process was really straighforward and the staff were extremely helpful and responded quickly. The new sizes are a great fit now. The site, articles and workout plans are a great resource and the membership is excellent value.

I love how simple lip stick lifters is to use. No messing just click what work out for your desired goal is and away you go. It's really helped me on my journey. I have spent years with personal trainers and all at a major cost. Lipstick lifters gives me the confidence to go to the gym and do my work out myself. Definitely rate it 5 stars

I wanted to turn a 5 day split in to a 3 day split based on my schedule and goals and had personalized support from Debra. I really appreciate the detailed advice specific to me. Lipstick lifters does a great job overall in giving real advice, it is not just a get fit quick gimmick.

I had some technical hiccups with checkout but the support was fast and helpful. The workout plans are very easy to use and access, and I like the variety. My favorite part is having videos of each move embedded in the workout plan. As a beginner this is so helpful and has made getting started accessible and simple.

I emailed in with some questions on one of the plans which I have purchased, and I got a reply very quick and ever so helpful. Thank you so much for your help and cant wait to start my lifting journey.
