To the point
To be honest, I didn’t receive my parcel at first and this seemed to be an issue with the delivery company loosing it.
I spoke with a gentlemen named Gareth on customer services and he was extremely helpful. He arranged for my new order to be delivered the next day by another courier. Massive thanks to him for Turing it around!
I didn’t feel as though the product lived up to its hype but they did provide a fab service.

Refunded postage
Ordered a few times, and never had an issue. I opted to do the tracked 24 delivery for £4.99 this time as had a wedding to go to at the beginning of the week and wanted to wear it- it’s my absolute fave perfume! Didn’t arrive when anticipated but arrived weds, the day after I needed it! I’d already got in touch with LL to make sure it had definitely been sent. A lovely lady called Nikki came back to me to confirm it had. I just expressed my disappointment, and irritation, that it hadn’t turned up after paying for the tracked 24 option, for a reason! She refunded my postage, love her- which wasn’t expected but much appreciated! Thank you again! Always a good service and delicious perfume too! 🩷

A complete waste of money
A complete waste of money. The product did not meet my expectations at all and wasn’t worth the price. I regret buying it and would not recommend it to anyone. Save your money and look for a better alternative.

Perfume smells amazing but…
Perfume smells amazing but unfortunately the customer service is non existent 😔 I placed an order via fb for a buy one get one free. Paid my order and only received one bottle. I have contacted liquid London to express this and received no communication from them at all. Very disappointed and did want to buy more but I'll be looking for an alternative now I think. Feel like I've been scammed, I didn't get the offer I paid for.

Amazing scent
Ordering and delivery very easy and straight forward.
But the most amazing thing is how bloody lovely this scent is. I am constantly trying to smell it. I spray into the inside of my elbow and chest.

Order lost in transit
Well to be honest I was going to give them less stars. But I reached out to Liquid London about my order since it had been about a week or two since I made the order and the tracking did not move. So like I said I reached out and Nikki answered my email within 12 hours or so and told me what had happened. She immediately offered me a refund or to try a new order free of charge, I choose the order and even got a gift with it for free! 10 Stars to Nikki for the fast help and kind words!

Smell doesn’t last
I saw this advertised and after reading positive reviews thought i’d risk it. It’s true the smell is lovely but it doesn’t last long unfortunately. I put it on as i would my usual perfume and couldn’t smell it after 3 hours.

The kind and professional help I had from Mashal
I placed an order that I needed changing directly after paying and a kind person named Mashal did it personally with no hesitation, which i really did appreciate.
