It was very easy to find my items and to order and pay for them.
I ordered items for a friend's new born baby. She was really pleased with her presents. I would definitely buy from this company again.

As the company knows, i asked for them to hold the item and delay posting, got one email saying they'd done it, anotherbfrom royal mail saying they'll deliver tomorrow, then another confessing they'd messed up.
You couldn't make it up.

Just had my second delivery from liquidationstore. Another mystery beauty box and some Pecksniff candles. Delivery is always swift with plenty of communication for tracking. I can thoroughly recommend the beauty mystery boxes and will definitely be purchasing from liquidationstore again in the future.

Just received my first delivery from this company and everything was perfectly packaged and all items in pristine condition. Great for a reseller. Really enjoyed exploring the boxes. Felt like a child on Christmas morning!

Bought the candle mystery box and not one single candle in it has a smell. I’m thinking pecksnifs candles just didn’t sell due to being rubbish.
I bought them from the liquidation.com store with the understanding they would be scented as you advertised!!
I’ll say it again not one of them regardless of brand had a smell.

Dishonest People!!!

Shipping cost was £3.50
Was informed that we would be charged per order, And that at the end of live we all would be refunded, so all our orders would get combined into one!

Many of us, like me placed multiple orders, as we were promised we would be refunded. This morning I received a message from this company saying they can’t refund me for my 2 orders, and instead they could send me a candle?

How about honour the refund like you promised, if they hadn’t lied I wouldn’t have ordered! I don’t want a candle. Now I am out of pocket, I have paid for 3 lots of shipping for these scamming thieves to combine my shipping into 1!

And they had the nerve to offer me a expired candle?

Honestly when I hear stories of some people sending stuff back to folk like these, they deserve it, because companies like this think they can rip hard working people off!

Firstly, let's start by saying, if you order mystery boxes, manage your expectations. That is to say, you will get a mix of things, some of which will make you scratch your head and some will be no use to you, but you will also get some things you can use.
I ordered 4 mystery boxes- 1 Household, 1 Beauty, 1 Amazon and 1 Mixed. Each box did indeed contain the stated "over £100" of goods. An example of the variety of items includes plant pot, laundry tin, TV aerial, fitness bands, granny square frame (crocheting), cocktail sticks, lamp, supplements, tee shirt, sweat shirt, bluetooth wooly hat, Halloween mask, party decoration kit, plastic bricks (off brand lego style) and much more. In the beauty box there was a good variety of hair and skincare items, as well as make up and applicators. Full disclosure, I bought these boxes for tombola prizes for my Scout group fetes, and everything in them (except the supplements) was perfect for that. Obviously contents are going to change over time though. I did pick out a fair few items to keep, so I think I did OK out of it just for myself. If prizes for fundraising is what you're looking for, these are a good buy.
I did have one issue with my delivery, as it was split and the second part got stuck in the system. I had to chase it up with a couple of emails/phonecalls, but as soon as the company identified the issue they apologised and sorted it, so I'm happy to say they are responsive to dealing with issues, and seem proactive in wanting to resolve them. I think you can judge a company quite well based on how the deal with complaints and this one passes the vibe check there.
So in summary, as long as you don't expect to hit gold in the box, those mystery boxes are a nice little buy and fun to unbox.

I was very pleased with my box, well worth the money and the products inside were all good, usable items. I must admit to being greedy and keeping all the products (I can’t bring myself to gift/donate any as I will use them all). I will be ordering again, this time I may go for a candle box. Thank you, great to see so many items being saved from landfill.

Ordered a Beauty Box. Rather disappointed. Purple mascara and a few very Dark make up products! Who wants really dark brown tints And eye shadows. There was even red glittery colours in the palette. If I used them I’d look like some kind of coco the clown with a tan!!!

Item never received and I’ve contacted them but haven’t heard anything back

Update— they found my email in their junk box and sent the box out straight away, which was absolutely brilliant and a great variety of stuff, I’m very pleased with the product and the end outcome.

Bought some Pecksniff candles. Even ordered more once my first order came. Beautiful scents, fab price and quick delivery. Defo recommend.

I have found numerous opportunities to buy household and art equipment at very discounted prices through the liquidation store. I'm a true believer that new products do not go into landfill and the liquidation store eliminates this from happening.

Sadly I had high hope for these and was deeply disappointed with the contents. It stated over £100 worth of items and I'm struggling to understand how. I have 2 more boxes to be delivered and at present it's been a complete waste of money

Update - received the other 2 boxes today and probably more disappointed in these ones than the 1st. Absolute tat sorry to say pretty the same in each box even though I ordered different ones
Complete waste of money

Whilst this is all clearly new stuff, I'm very disappointed with what I've received in my mystery box. I won't have any use for the vast majority of it and I'd also struggle to give it away.

I had to chuckle a bit at receiving a bottle of 'testosterone booster' tablets, what with me being a 50 year old woman with high blood pressure! I mean, come on, really?!?!

I'll use the Jelly Belly car air freshener but that's about it. But they only cost about £2...

I made an expensive mistake here, complete waste of my money. The contents will either go in the bin or to the charity shop.

Edit: I'm now thinking I might've been a bit harsh. I'm just a bit disappointed that the stuff I received isn't at all useful to me. I do stand by my point though that sending out testosterone booster tablets to a female customer is very questionable as I wouldn't even want to gift them to a male friend or relative for fear of causing offence!

My order was never received. It was delivered to the wrong address by royal mail and the receiver claimed they did not receive it. I contacted liquidation customer service and nothing was done. I wish I never order any item from the liquidated online store. Money lost and item never received. Very disappointed
