Good first experience with liquid audio

I took a chance and ordered a nice piece of music equipment from liquid audio. This was my first time purchasing from this company. I got a great deal and I reached out to the company through email inquiring about my delivery date. I received a Prompt response giving me an approximation delivery schedule and I am happy to say that my beautiful orange combo amp just arrived at my front door and it is in perfect condition. I will be using this company in the future, along with my go to company that I have used for years. Thank you liquid audio for the great deal and following through on your end of things.

My experience with LiquidAudio wasn’t a…

My experience with LiquidAudio wasn’t a good one. I ordered a Allen&Heath digital stage box, and right before it was supposed to ship, the status changed to Cancelled.
Later I got an email stating that the item I bought was damaged.
Rather than call me first and explain that there was an issue, they just cancelled it.
I would have been fine for LiquidAudio to give me a heads-up and re-order a new one.
But, not the case.
Disappointed!

Ordered item online but received email…

Ordered item online but received email within 48 hours that the item "was found to be damaged" before they sent it, and so my money was returned. Even though I was very disappointed that they had posted an item that was damaged, at least they let me know immediately and refunded my money.

I never received a confirmation email…

I never received a confirmation email or any kind of explanation about what happened with my order. I can only assume it was cancelled based on my bank statement. Would have been nice to receive an email that the item was unavailable.

Terrible

Terrible - awful communication, purchased an item - needed it for an event this weekend, they are located in NJ why I bought it in my own state - it’s been a week no item delivered , ignored my emails after responding to the first after showing confirmation- the item was phase ultimate bundle.. nice job ruining my gig.

If you'd rather shop with a dedicated pro audio site instead of amassive online retailer, and if you're looking for something competitive to counting 123, or your water is in fact not sweet, give Liquid Audio a shot.

I reached out to sales by email about a particular product up front, said I was ready to buy and they made me a good offer. And if you're on the east coast, you might still get your order in the same time as amassive online retailer~~

Will shop again~

Bad inventory management

Ordered a product that was promised to be delivered within 2 days. On the third day I got an email stating the product was not going to be shipped due to the warehouse being out of stock. I feel this was bad inventory management and the company should have known prior to accepting my order or notifying me the same day so I could purchase from another company.

I normally don’t do reviews

I normally don’t do reviews, but I had to make an exception. I loved that I was able to get the help I needed when it came to the discount code for my order. The person that I chatted with was in top of it. He wasn’t able to get the code to work right away. Once he got it I was notified by email with one. I was able to place my order without any problems. Received my order just before my sons Birthday. Thank You

Good service. Had a couple of questions on the front end and customer service responded quickly. The keyboard was delivered quickly for the best price I could find on the internet. Would do business again.
