I am always so happy with not only the quality products from Lisa Eldridge Beauty but the service is so impressive. The few times I’ve received items damaged (probably from being abused in transit) I’ve reached out and they’ve taken excellent care of me. If I have questions about a product I get very courteous responses very quickly. They seem like they are actually happy to reply to customers even though they probably received many, many emails. It’s not only the skin care and cosmetic teams either. I’ve been dreaming of a ring in her jewelry line and have inquired about it via emails back and forth. Such amazing people on her team. It’s not only the amazing products but the service that keeps me ordering. Love Lisa and her team of people. One day I’m getting that ring!! Thank you for always treating me like I’m a valued customer.

I have to say I’ve never experienced such excellent customer care.
I originally chose the wrong shade of concealer, but Lisa’s team was incredibly quick, kind, and genuinely helpful. They guided me through finding the right shade and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I have never had such wonderful customer experience with any other company like I have with Lisa Eldridge and team!! They are superb in their attitude about serving customers, making it easy to reach out to them with questions regarding products and colors to choose for each individual person, even looking at selfies of customers to determine undertones (not impersonal AI on websites-but real people!) They answer quickly, ever so friendly, and very competently. I have worked with four of their customer service representatives, and they all serve in the same superb manner! There are a multitude of videos and other resources to help customers know how to use their products, and to see the products on different skin tones. The products are amazing, the service is impeccable, and this business deserves to thrive due to these characteristics that other companies could learn from them!

Every single time I've emailed Lisa's CS team, they have always been prompt and so kind. I recently emailed asking for help on getting a shade match for my complexion and I received such an in depth and genuine response from Faye. I got my velatura balm today and when i opened it the bullet popped straight out with the cap. I emailed customer service and they inmediately responded with an apology and sent a new one out. Outstanding service.

Best customer care ever!
I received my lip and cheek sticks today and one of them was slightly damaged. After contacting the customer care team, they immediately sending me a replacement! I really appreciated that level of service. Especially I live in Australia, the shipping cost can be quite high sometimes. They are super helpful and understanding!

I have been looking at ordering the Lisa Eldridge Skin Tint for quite a while and finally decided to take the plunge and send in a make up free selfie to be shade matched.

I was matched to T6 but was convinced the shade recommended was incorrect. I sent the team another photo and asked if they would look again. They agreed and advised that T3 might also be a suitable match and suggested I try both shades in person. They offered to send me a sample of each at no cost to myself.

The samples arrived within a week and I swatched both shades on my face with no makeup on and to my surprise, Faye who had originally recommended T6 was completely correct.

What made this experience even more impressive was how convinced I was that T6 was wrong for me.
I am cool toned and T6 is described as neutral so I assumed it would wash me out as neutral shades often do on my skin. But having tried the samples at home it's obvious that T6 leans cool enough to work on cool skin. So don't let the neutral label put you off if anyone else reading this is also cool toned.

Lisa's team have been brilliant from start to finish and I would not hesitate to recommend emailing them if you are unsure about your shade. I have just ordered my T6 a few mins ago.

No customer care compared to Lisa Eldridge's ! Truly! Anytime i needed help they replied within 5 minutes and were extremely kind and helpful. Amazing!

I have ordered Lisa’s products form the very beginnings and I am always very happy with the products. She adds such a magic touch to her products, it’s truly a wonderful experience discovering them.

But what really made the difference for me recently, was the advice I got from her wonderful MUA team (shout-out to the lovely Olivia) in helping me find my perfect shade of foundation. I have to admit, I was in awe as soon as I saw it in the bottle, but when I put it on my face, IT COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED. It was like Lisa cloned my skin colour and put it in a bottle. Absolutely speechless of the match.

The customer service is excellent! They are extremely responsive - more so than I experience from most companies. In addition to the fast answers their communication is personalized and made me feel like a valued customer.
