I resized eva ring, NO problem they said, and then they resized it so badly, i returned it, confident that resizing wasnt done. They proved me it was done so i asked politely to send it again, confident, i was wrong. The ring came and it was bent, soft, and i , after ordering two other rings, send email again, that the ring was badly resized. they too offense, offered me i can reutrn the ring but i loved the amethyst so i asked for exchange, they did not answer. really really poor quality and customer service, so i repaired the ring on my own expense. watch out, do not resize, they do not do a great job.
