Excellent Customer Service

Excellent Customer Service. I made a mistake and corrected it via email and the response was immediate. By telephone!!! Delighted with the service, merchandise and delivery.

I ordered a blanket and never received…

I ordered a blanket and never received it. They used Poste Italiane for delivery to the USA, which seemed strange—they could have used DHL or another reliable service. The package never arrived, and they never refunded my money. Three months later, I had to contact my bank and report the transaction as a scam. Thankfully, I got my money back.

thank you for contacting us even after such a long time; since you already received the refund, we can only explain the unfortunate mix-up: we used Poste Italiane as delivery system because it was the best option for that specific order. We are not sure why, but it was sent back. We are happy that you effectively received your refund, but as you can see from the outcome of the bank practice, it wasn't a scam.
Altough sorry for your order and the inconvenience, we would ask you to kindly remove the review, since your purchased from lisolastore.com (while this profile belongs to lisolastore.it), which has a different management.

Messy international shipment, but nice blankets

Long story short - the package took almost 3 weeks to ship, we asked for it to be sent to a different address - but the shipment label was created for an incorrect address which was placed on the correct "hand-made" address label, so of course the package was mailed to the place that was on the official DPD label. On top of that, our contact information was not provided to DPD. It made quite a mess getting the package.

But the blankets are exceptionally nice!

I highly recommend Lisola products, but I would take extra care for international orders.
