Overall good quality but improvements are needed

I've had an overall positive experience with List & Sell, but I think it's important to provide an honest and balanced review.

There's a saying in software development that you can usually have two of the following three: speed, quality, or price. From my experience, I'd add a fourth factor that is just as important: effective communication and project management.

Price:
I believe their pricing is fair and offers good value for the work delivered.

Quality:
The standard of development is generally very good. The developers clearly have strong technical ability and, once work is underway, it is usually completed to a good standard. However, I think quality control could be more thorough, particularly around UI/UX details, where issues are sometimes missed before work is signed off.

Speed:
The actual development work is generally completed at a reasonable pace. Where delays arise is less with development itself and more with agreeing requirements, planning work, and coordinating the project.

Communication and project management:
This is the area where I believe there is the greatest opportunity for improvement. Communication can be slow and, at times, feel unstructured or chaotic. Although we've had numerous discussions about improving project management and communication, I haven't seen the level of consistency I'd hoped for. Better planning, clearer timelines, and more proactive communication would significantly improve the overall client experience.

Overall, I would say List & Sell provide good value and produce good-quality technical work. Their developers are capable and committed to delivering solutions. The main factor preventing a higher rating is the inconsistency in communication, project management, and quality control. If those areas were strengthened, I would have no hesitation in rating them much more highly.
