Awesome property sale experience
First, the commission was greatly reduced. Second, we were able to get an experienced, and very knowledeable agent who worked diligently and smartly. He was able to sell the property at a good price surprisingly quickly. I would recommend anyone looking to sell their home to seriously consider going through CLEVER. It will be a win win situation.

You gave me several realtors to chose from and the one we chose was incredible. We got a better price than expected and the realtor (Nathan Riel) paid attention to every detail and made it all so easy for us. I took your advice on interviewing a few realtors and the next day Tracy from Yancy Realtors was my agent. She was great and kept me informed every step of the way.
