Would give them 0 stars if possible. Pants took almost 2 months to get here then they were horribly made and way too short. I couldn’t even get them up past my thighs. I tried speaking to someone in customer service but my emails keep getting returned as undeliverable. Do NOT buy from this company.

They do not deserve any stars! They should not be allowed to advertise their products on Instagram because they are terrible. The pants took three weeks to get here but I spent $40 for I wouldn't pay $5 for they are not worth it the materials cheap the elastic waistband was not even sewn completely
And they offered to give me $4 back and keep the product which is absolutely ridiculous especially when they say easy returns within 30 days

Bought pants that are too small. Trying to return them LIKE THE POLICY READS ON THEIR WEBSITE. Getting jerked around for the past few days. Then Im told I'll get a refund for $6 and TO keep the pants.I DO NOT WANT THE PANTS IF THEY DO NOT FIT!!!!
JUST REFUND YOUR CUSTOMER ALREADY.

purchased leggings ( 3 pair) and they do not fit. Want to return and they respond with we will refund you 8.00 us dollars and you can keep them
Say what? Their policy says return accepted for 30 days
Took 25 days to get the darn package. and 5 days of emailing them .

It’s from China they act like it’s a usa company

SCAM. Never received my items after a few weeks of waiting.

I also have not received my items and i tried the email they gave for contact and mailer-daemon messages me right away to say failure and it's not a real email!

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I ordered a small pair is pants, size 6 & what I got was equivalent to a size 10 even though they were labeled small. The customer service email is no good but I found a support.litchin email & asked for a return number. They asked for pictures, I sent pictures comparing my regular small to these & they asked what the problem was. I pointed out that their return policy said " Your satisfaction is our priority , if you order online & want to return for any reason they will refund in full" What a load of bull*#! . Don't make my mistake & order anything from this company.

Ordered my stuff weeks ago. Never heard anything back. The email address on the order confirmation is invalid. SCAM!!!!!
I called my credit card company and they are working on getting my money back.

Same thing everyone else put, ordered stuff two weeks ago, they got my money and I haven't received anything. I have attempted to contact them but no response. Wish I knew how to get my money back and report them!!

May be a total fake. Have not recieved any shipping info and it's been 2 weeks. You cannot get in touch by e mail the accounts dont exist.

I'm having issues trying to contact them by email so I was able to contact through a chat and person got smart with me say that the email works really I'm contacting pay pal today.

DO NOT ORDER!! As soon as I ordered something, I started looking at more stuff on their site and things seemed a bit fishy... so when I tried to contact the seller for a refund the ONLY contact info they have is an email which is INVALID. I'm choked and I dont know what to do now.

I shopped on skia.com and was scammed. This site is almost identical...with the exception that they incorporate paypal, which is what came up on my credit card statement. Be careful and do not shop from site's that you don't know are legit. It doesn't look like I will be getting what I ordered this time either considering neither site is appearing on instagram now.
