Stunning stone cladding
Absolutely LOVE my stone cladding. It really sets off our kitchen / diner. Everyone comments on how gorgeous it looks. The aftersales service and advice from Ryan was amazing and the YouTube videos were so helpful. Easy to install and stunning finish.

Hi Tim,
We did confirm to you by email that we would refund your damaged item or provide a replacement as soon as we received your return. We have not received your order back to us and you did not send us a tracking number.
Please email us the tracking number and confirm the address you sent it to also so we can hopefully see if they have delivered it to a neighbouring warehouse or somewhere else. Whatever has happened to the package if you email us tracking info we will send you a refund. Many thanks
*UPDATE: If you check the tracking number you have provided you can see the package has not been delivered back to us. I have sent you a refund this morning as a gesture of good will and should receive a notification of this in your email. We would have always issued the refund once the package had been returned and you could have contacted us by email or phone to follow this up. It was totally unnecessary to post a one star review.
Ordered samples on two occasions
Ordered samples on two occasions. Both arrived quickly and are a good size and give a good idea of the finished product. I did send back with a query on one sample but have not heard back in reply yet.

Top service! Parcel arrived almost immediately. Well packed snd protected. Panels were exactly as ordered, easy to handle, easy to cut, interlock perfectly and are simple to place.Look great too.

Great Product
Ordered two Burning Forest slate multi brick sheets to cover an old fireplace front. Straightforward to cut the sheets to size and fit, using the lite-stone spreader and adhesive. The iridescent finish and multi-colour effect of the slate looks great and really shimmers in the sunlight. Prompt delivery following initial order. Would buy again.

Fantastic Product & Exceptional Customer Service
Used the Burning Forest Slate Veneer for a feature wall in a hall and stairwell. The material is absolutely stunning - fabulous colours and texture - totally unique natural product. Not too difficult to install for anyone with reasonably good DIY skills and a bit of patience!
The fished result is absolutely fabulous and generated a great deal of interest amongst visitors to the house.
The levels of customer service from LiteStone were absolutely exceptional from start to finish and very special personal thanks have to go to Ryan from their Sales Dept. who gave me some much help and guidance over the phone - he was an absolute star and his insight was absolutely invaluable! A great team to do business with!

Photographs do not give proper justice to how good these panels are. The texture and the quality is fantastic, has really transformed my kitchen and dining room.
