I am posting this in the name of Joyncraft.com.
We have been existing for more than two years before LiteByte was founded.
You can look us up on the Official Minecraft Server List, which means we successfully went through their extensive selection process to get our badge of recommended servers to play on by Mojang/Microsoft. I'm not saying this to advertise for ourselves here, but because I hope this will show that LiteByte is indeed a real, legal, serious company with real customers.
We've picked LiteByte after we had been contacted by them via discord. We were careful, as anyone should be with any offers via direct messages on this platform. Completely agreed that there are better ways to find customers, but they are a start-up, and they are working really hard to spread the word.
Fortunately for both sides, their timing was perfect. Our provider had just been bought up by a bigger hosting company, which had led to a rapid decrease of quality and customer service for us. So we were looking for an alternative when they knocked on our (discord) door, and decided to give them a try - especially after they offered us a week of testing, free of charge.
The test server they set up for us was surprisingly strong, better than what we had before, for less money. What they did for us exceeded our expectations by far, so we quickly transferred both our Minecraft servers over to them.
Ever since that day they have provided an outstanding service to us.
Any issues we have encountered have been resolved quickly, directly and with immediate feedback/chat.
We can tell that our desire to provide a high quality playing experience to our player base really matters to them as much as it does to us. To Nathan and his team we are not just random customer complaint ticket #7283289, but actual people who are valued and appreciated. Thanks a bunch, LiteByte - Joyncraft highly recommends you!

The team at litebyte has been responsive and helpful. They have spoken one-on-one with me, a client, to resolve any issues that may have arisen and resolved them in a timely manner. This kind of dedicated service is not something you'll find in many places today.
