Inadequate logistics and customer support

Ordered 2 adult size single bed mattresses from here. The delivery address is marked as my home address, and naturally that is where I expected the mattresses to be delivered. Instead they have been dropped at a service point. I’m sure I’m not the only person who would struggle to carry 2 full-size mattresses home! After 1 week of requesting support the customer service has proved to be totally unsupportive and I still have no mattresses.

Broken website and months-long delivery times

On their website, there is a link to "Mina sidor" which brings you their page that states, "Hoppsan! Något har hänt på vår server". Further, on this page is their telephone number... which has been disconnected. And their email address... which does not work.
Broken website, broken phone number, broken email. It's been 2 1/2 weeks since my order and I can't contact them for a status? They sure charged my credit card promptly, however.

Edit: Now, I'm at 6 weeks of waiting and still no product. If you read their terms, they basically say that you might have to wait months depending on the vicissitudes of outrageous fortune and shrug their shoulders as if "it's not our fault".

Edit: 8 weeks and still no product. I asked them about it via email and after a few days they finally said they would "check with the warehouse and get back" to me. That was 9 days ago, no word back yet.

Good quality product and excellent customer support

I am very happy with the product quality. The bed is going to last long. I had some concerns that I asked the customer service about the product and the service I received was very professional and excellent. I am happy with the product and would recommend others to buy the same.

the worst experience you could have on…

the worst experience you could have on a purchase. broken or chipped parts came, not all the parts needed to assemble the child's bed came. the situation dragged on for a month even though it was a nightmare to have such big boxes in the middle of such a small house with a child. they did not facilitate the return at all, I would have to pay for the transport. they didn't help to understand which parts were broken and which ones were missing, and even so, it took two more shipments to get all the parts needed to assemble the bed. the chipped parts were never replaced. a nightmare. the fault was theirs and I could never count on sympathy or empathy for the very unpleasant situation I was living. I still had to go three times to get the boxes and they were not delivered at home. we are talking about big and heavy parts.

I have checked your errand, and i'm very sorry about the lack of response from our customer service after you provided the information that was requested. I can indeed see that they have forwarded your information and the video you provided directly to our supplier. I have taken care of the matter and I will arrange so we get a solution for tomorrow (10/3).

Of course you shouldn't have a pool table where the balls get stuck, this indeed makes the table quite useless.

The order I received was wrong

The order I received was wrong, One of the product was not the one I have ordered. In the package there is nothing that summarise the order, and explains what to do if something is wrong or you need to send something back.

Everything you need to know about returns and complaints can be found on our home page, in your order confirmation email etc.
So you have been served with the information several times already.
We can not place a note in the package since we do not pack our orders ourself. Everything we sell is sent directly from our wholesalers.
Since we haven't heard from you about this before we obviously haven't been able to do anything about the situation, but of course we want to solve this problem just as bad as you.
Please send us an email to kundservice@litenleker.se and let us know what items you've recieved and what you are missing. It would be great with a photo of the items attached in the email.
After receiving that we will make sure to send the missing item/items to you.
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.

Fabulous Customer Service

Struggling with the language and how to have products sent abroad, this company went out of their way to be helpful. Their patience and personal service was like a 'breath of fresh air' in comparison to many other online stores. Other companies would do well to take note!

great service at a good price

I ordered a swing set and slide from litenleker and it was at least 1000kr cheaper than other places I'd looked at and it arrived within a week. Would definitely order from them again.
