I have to also place a star to right a review I live also next door to the owner and they are constantly trying to cause problems waving to my camera and then getting her phone to out to video when we go outside to confront they did this with the last couple of Tenants who lived here blocking there disabled child's car in all the time when they have double drive be careful these have been known to be scammers and refuse to give deposits back hence the small amount of good reviews given in the 9 years business they scam people who are struggling so just be aware there are better company's in hull providing better services cheaper

Had to put 1 star as it won't let me right a review don't go with this agency as there scammers and they treat pwople down there own street like animals and then ring the police when confronted about this its been ongoing for years where they live go ask the full street if there liked jelena causes trouble then rings the police then toys to get her ex who's in with this company to try and intimidate women but doesn't work now the son is giving people problems its a bad family to have deals with just ask there full street where they live how they are as people

this is my second rent with litonics homes, i have been with them now over 3 years and have found them to be helpfull and suportive along with being understanding.
Repairs are completed promply and efectivly

This is the first time I have lived in a shared house, I was apprehensive, but I have found it to be a good experience. The agent who I have dealt with has been professional and helpful. I am happy and I decided to extend my stay.
