I think Litter Lotto is a fantastic scheme. I have some time on my hands as I near retirement. It's a great way to get out-and-about - and show some respect for my neighbourhood. And I've just won £250 too! So, it's win, win, win!

Love doing the LitterLotto, using the bins and doing my bit to keep my town clean and tidy. Great initiative to encourage people to have pride in keeping the streets clean

I m really enjoying the Litter Lotto app. Easy to install and easy to use. It's great fun to see your coins mounting up, and it's a great feeling to know that you re doing good for your local community, with the chance of winning something for yourself. Simple app to download and use - you can care for your environment as well as pick up rewards & prizes along the way - I was lucky to win a Ninja Blast portable blender in one of the prize draws !

Well I've only gone and done it again, that's 3 prizes in the bag from the lovely LitterLotto Team. 1st was a Greggs voucher, next was an Air Up bottle and the latest one was an Echo Pop Smart Speaker.
My only regret is not downloading the app sooner. I've been litter picking regularly for 16 years, filling up to 10 bags a day for 5 days a week. Just think how much I could of won then. I've been in the top 10 worldwide , my aim is to be number 1 at some point. The prizes are swift in arriving and they are lovely and efficient people. So easy to install the free app. There are no adverts, businesses get involved because they want to take responsibility in helping to fix a problem some of their customers cause. I'm still yet to win any money but really want all councils to get involved as then maybe I could win £1000. I've been on community litter pick and met someone else who's won money. Come on #South Oxfordshire District Council get involved. It would mean more people would have a bigger incentive. It's the best mindfulness activity you could do, forget getting a pet, take a bag and litter picker for a walk! You too can win with a selfie, your teen could too. It helps keep the council tax down too. What ever is left to the council means higher bills. So it's a no brainer. It would be lovely to see some one else locally win, even better to see no more rubbish. I really hope the bottle return gets restarted by the next government sooner rather than later!

I was informed that I had been selected for the local council jackpot. The process was simple and I did what I could to answer their questions. The video was a little difficult because of the limited downloading availability but in the end I found out how to do it. LitterLotto is a great way to do litter picking due to the many perks that come through it. It normalises litter picking which to me is rather important.

Doing something good for my local community and being in with a chance of winning a few quid? What’s not to like?

I love where I live and I live by the motto of “leave it better” a lot of people don’t see or care about litter at all so it’s good there is a little app for the people that do and can get rewarded for it.

Found the Litterlotto app by chance in March, and as I already litter picked on a regular basis around my local area (something I started years ago, but ramped up during walks in the Covid period) I decided to give it a go ... didn't have much expectation for it as I have used numerous 'lotto' apps and sites without joy.

Initially it was great in the respect that it gave me a bit of extra incentive to keep going with my 'clean up' activities, and while the prize draws weren't to my taste in the main I found a couple that I could spend my in app coins on ... surprisingly enough (for me at any rate) I got a message through when one of them closed to say that I had won an Amazon Fire tablet.

The claim process was simple and quick to go through, and the team (Thank you Lucy) were excellent at keeping me updated as to where we were with the prize (ordered on the same day I had submitted my claim and delivered 2 days later).

After that it certainly motivated me to up my game a little further (the prospect of breaking into the top 50 daily rankings isn't hurting my efforts either) ... because it gave me the confidence in them that real people are actually winning these draws.

Having to submit photos of the binned litter isn't a real hassle, they're taken 'in app' and as I tend to save for later and submit them all en masse it only takes a second or two longer per item ... and that is certainly cancelled out in the fact that the area looks marginally nicer because of it.

Personal opinion is that it is one of the better apps out there, and the improvement it makes to our areas as more people come on board with the community is valuable and appreciated.
