Refusing refund on lost order
Royal Mail have lost my order but despite repeated requests the shop is refusing to issue a refund. I have no shoes for my daughter and I am out of pocket.

Such a lovely shop!
Such a lovely shop. Great service, welcoming and friendly!! Always so patient with my little one when getting feet measured, which can sometimes be a stressful experience but never here. Beautiful clothes and shoes!!
