Where do I start, a large order placed to the Value of over £100, a discount was made, which was nice, then £12.95 was added for postage, which WAS WAY OVER THE TOP, after checking it with the Royal Mail, the price should have been no more than £8.00 packing materials should have been negligible, I do not call just laid in a bubble wrap with out if being attached, so the boxes just fell about. The items on the web site are marked as VERY GOOD BOXED on the majority of the listings, but this is as far from the truth, flaps seriously creased, blister/windows, seriously stained, covered in stickers, broken and not attached at all to the boxes can not be classed as VERY GOOD. Missing certificates of limited edition, and the one thing that really narks me is they put, on every box an un-removeable barcode, which is stupid to the extreme, these were never on the original box, so makes the box not very good as it has been irreversibly damaged by putting on these stickers, trying to take on off very slowly means the box is damaged, so you can not remove them. I have spent a fortune over the years with them and the are getting worse, you take your purchases with a pinch of salt with their listings. One of the models was taken off it base, to take the pictures, but was not put back on properly, the screws were just forced, but not all the way, so the model wobbles around, no attention to care was made on this one model. I have some points to get a discount, and I will get a model to the value of that, then I will never return, I collect models and have done for over 40 years, I have purchased from most places online and from all over the world, and I have never had any issues, not like these. Such a shame, was never this bad, clearly they are more interested now in getting rid of the models and not the customer service.
