Worst experience

Ordered a pram with a rain cover and car seat cover. I got an email today after 4 days that my order has been cancelled and I am now waiting for my refund. No communication as to why its been cancelled. Poor customer service. Now I have to look for a pram elsewhere, what a waste of time.

Don't bother!

Ordered a pram and paid extra for rain cover.... I got an email stating cancelled and awaiting the refund. No communication as to why its been cancelled. Really not. Impressed. Poor customer service!

Poor customer service

I ordered a crib mattress due for delivery in 5-10 working days. There was no sign of any update so after 12 working days I emailed them. No response was received, just an automated email saying my order had been cancelled. Very poor customer service.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I ordered chest of drawer/baby changing as it stated delivery was within at least 7 days I received a call to say this was an error and item not due until May. I said this was fine and stated I did NOT want a refund to keep the order in. I subsequently emailed simply asking if there was an estimated date for delivery to receive a generic email advising I have been refunded. Shocking customer service will not be ordering again.

I ordered a Joie swing almost 1month…

I ordered a Joie swing almost 1month ago, I was given a delivery date twice and this was not upheld, I then asked for a refund and was told the item would now be sent out and I had to refuse the delivery, the item was dumped on my doorstep, a collection was booked to return it, Little Arrivals booked the collection incorrectly with details of where it’s going the courier company refused to pick it up and I am still trying to get it sent back! The customer service is atrocious and I will never shop with Little Arrivals ever again! Please also note they have no escalation for complaints/manager/supervisor which is just ridiculous when you have a complaint and get ignored.

The buying process and after sales care has been exemplary. We received quick, courteous and considerate service with our purchase and aftercare. I would not hesitate to recommend or to buy again from Little Arrivals.

Excellent experience

We found the travel system we were looking for on the Little Arrivals website for £100 cheaper than other stockists. Communication with the company was excellent, the travel system was in stock and was delivered when we were ready. Overall great experience, would highly recommend!

Great Customer Service!

We ordered a number of items from Little Arrivals. Really quick delivery and really happy with all but one item (that wasn’t suitable for what we needed)
I called to request a refund and spoke to a lovely lady who assured me she would arrange collection of the unwanted item.
The next day I received an email with confirmation of the return and a request for a suitable collection date. This was confirmed and finalised the same day.

Great customer service from a super friendly and helpful Team!

We will definitely order from here again. Highly recommend.

I do not recommend this store

I do not recommend this store. The order has arrived within a week. I had to claim the product because it said it was completed and it had not arrived. When I made a claim, it took 2 days to respond and the product came in a very broken box with bumps on the product. They don't have chat to be able to talk to them and they don't pick up the phone.

you ordered on the 4th september and received the product on working day 5 (the lead time actually says within 5 working days), you do know this doesnt include weekends yes?

You emailed on saturday enquiring where your product was, our customer service dont work weekends, which is clear on the contact page. You then received monday morning 9:50am tracking and the product was delivered the same day.

Please tell me what we have done wrong here? We answer the phone everyday all day, iv personally manned the phone today and not one missed call.

I never do reviews but oh god!
I made a big order worth lots of money its been a month! They keep lying they will dispatch it and nothing now they stopped picking up to my number and when they did they were rude!
I am a lawyer so further actions will be taken!
LittleScammers would suit them better !

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company!

They do not deliver in time, when you question it and ask for a refund for postage after waiting an extra week for your item they refuse. This company are tight and offer bad customer service (I dealt with Nicola) I will not be ordering from them again…

Hi Francesca, your order shows you ordered an adapter which stated 5-10 working days. We delivered on around working day 10? We also state to please allow 2 additional days due to supplier delays which i can see was the case on this order.

Now been waiting 5weeks on our order and they are refusing to give us our money back, after being lied to about our order been dispatched when it wasn’t

Shopped around for a specific sleigh…

Shopped around for a specific sleigh cot bed for our first and new grandson , even the supplier directly but they stopped corresponding for some reason so trued this smashing company and got the cot bed for a fantastic price , and quicker than even the supplier quoted , easy Peasy to order and delivery exactly as given , highly recommended and supports independent business, ACE and the family are super pleased xxxxx thanks to little arrivals for a topppjjjjobbbbbbbb .
