Good discount but...
Good discount but unclear/incorrect instructions on how to redeem the voucher at Empire. Their booking machines do not have an option to enter the code so we needed to queue and pay at the till. This meant we had to wait for a later screening as the 2 next ones had already sold out.

Thank you for letting us know that the Empire codes are no longer accepting codes using their Box Office machines. Our e-Ticket redemption information is provided to us by the partners that we work with and I am sorry to hear that in this instance the information was incorrect. We always try to ensure that we have the most accurate information available to our customers as possible and we would like to offer our apologies that in this instance this was not the case.

We took our grandson to see Stick Man…
We took our grandson to see Stick Man at the Leicester Square Theatre and booked the seats through little bird. It was fairly short notice so we didn't expect the best seats. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find we were three rows from the front. Great theatre, small but the ideal size for a three year old. Little Bird are brilliant! Quick, efficient service and great seats! Highly recommend.
