Really good, car seat is perfect and so far have gotten excellent aftercare and fit checks Really happy with my purchase and really good communication with the owner. Very happy and confident knowing that I have bought from a car seat specialist who really know their stuff and that my child will be happy and safe in his new car seat and that I can get in touch for any aftercare, help with fitting and installation and fit checks.

Highly recommend little bubbas. We talked through different seats at length and I was advised on which seat was most suitable for my car and son. All messages throughout and for an install check were responded to very quickly. Overall great service and would definitely recommend. Can't fault them at all.

Absolutely exceptional customer service!! Great advice a support given before during and after the purchase. Including tips on installation and fit check. Quick responses even during even hours and weekend which I wouldn't even expect! What a pleasure to buy from Little Bubbas, would recommend to every parent seeking safe car seat for their child!

10/10 all around

I was able to contact the business via WhatsApp which was really handy. She responded very quickly. There was a discount code for April which I hoped to use on the last dsy of the month however, when I went to buy it, the code wouldn't work. Little Bubbas fixed it immediately so that I could use it!

The carseat arrived a few days later. She checked the fit for me and is happy for me to send pictures via WhatsApp when I go to put my younger son in the seat later in the year.

Katie is absolutely amazing! She's so knowledgeable, and has really taken the time to talk through my personal situation and advise me of all the seats out there. It can get a bit overwhelming with all the choices, and at the price points most seats are at you want to make sure it's the right one. I am so so glad I chose to buy from Little Bubbas. The seat with with me within days, and Katie talked me through the install, gave me a fit check and left me feeling really happy about the choice is made (I went for the pink avionaut sky if anyone is interested hehe). I love the seat!! The service has been second to none and I am confident if I have any questions in the future I won't hesitate to ask. Thank you Katie!!

I did not go to the shop & purchased online as I am a couple of hours away, the customer support & service was still amazing, so it really doesn’t matter if you’re not near enough to visit the shop as Katie provides aftercare & support regardless.
Wouldn’t hesitate in returning to purchase next car chair.
