I saw an advert for Little Cake Co on Facebook. They looked rather yummy. A nice range of flavours, for a nice treat. The icing was lovely in the middle and the top with a nice sponge case in-between. The cakes looked exactly as on the cake stand. The order came from West London Bakeries. Thank you.

What went wrong
What went wrong? Your entire concept of cupcakes as an alternative to a Birthday cake.Ok, so maybe someone may prefer them to a cake. But... these were awful the favours were geared towards a 10 years Birthday and the packaging was the worst!They came packaged in clear plastic trays as if they came from the local Asda.Which is where I will order next for a lot cheaper.

Arrived exactly on time as ordered. Cakes were delicious. Unfortunately Royal Mail managed to squash the box and sadly the tops of some of the cakes were also squashed.

Arrived on time but let down by packaging
Arrived intact and on time, which was appreciated as they were a gift. I haven't seen them in person (just a photograph), or tasted them, but for the price I think the consumer's experience on opening the package could be improved. The cupcakes were presented in very basic, clear 9-hole plastic cup-cake packaging which cheapened the whole experience. I would expect better given the price point.

Ordering was very easy and delivery perfectly on time. my friend was delighted and she told me they were truly delicious. She told me they were Perfect size to share with her friends after their meal.
I had one disappointment which was they needed to be delivered in a pretty box as the cakes looked too gorgeous in a plastic tray protected by straw papershreads. Thank you.
