I placed an order on 9/15/2025 after hours. Their own shipping policy clearly states: “Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 days of receipt (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).” By that standard, my order should have shipped no later than 9/18/2025.

Instead, I received silence. On 9/19/2025, after coming across multiple reviews warning about unshipped orders, I emailed to request confirmation. My email tracker shows they did not even open my message until 9/23/2025—and only then replied that my order supposedly shipped the day before. By this point, I had already filed a dispute with my bank due to their lack of response.

The so-called tracking number they provided? Completely invalid. I have zero confidence it’s legitimate.

, it redirects you to support at littlesockstore.com
—a completely different site.

This company demonstrates delay, dishonesty, and deception. In my experience, they cannot be trusted to fulfill orders or communicate transparently. Save yourself the frustration—do not order from them.

On their website, this store claims that they fulfill and ship orders within 2 days of ordering. However, after 3 weeks of waiting, I had to contact the store twice in order for them to ship my items. They came from China, so the shipping time took a while. Once received, they sent me the completely wrong order. I didn't receive any of the items that I ordered. Further, their customer service is refusing to refund my money for the items that I didn't receive. This website is a scam, buyer beware!

My mom absolutely is in love with labubus and we thought this store would give us our purchase but its been 2 weeks and we have not recieved a package in the mail. We recieved an order number but no tracking number to know whether its being processed or shipped.
She was so bummed out and it upset me to see her sad.

Little chain store sucks.

Order placed since may 18, 2025. Only received 1 email with a order number but no links. Still no get my purchase and the site has no links for a customer service besides a message wich I'm not sure if anyone is going to answer. Don't buy a thing from this site, absolutely scam!!!!

Beware of this website! It is a scam! No reviews, no reply from their support team. Haven't received my items and it is paid already.
