I'm very happy with every order that i make for my daughter. Everytime, the quality is there and the delivery goes really fast.
I'm just missing a reward program or an advantage when you are a good client because I already spent a lot of money.

I’ve brought numerous toys from this brand, on balance I like the colour schemes and quality of the items you don’t need to construct. Sadly the toy items I’ve needed to build (baby gym and now baby walker) are poorly designed and it’s incredibly difficult to get the nails into the wood. As a result the baby gym kept loosening and this latest item we purchased (the walker) has the same problem (screws provided won’t go into the wood and holes aren’t the correct size). My husband brought different nails to try and resolve the issues but I am disappointed as the craftsmanship is so poor I very much doubt this toy is fit for purpose (once again). A walker will need to be durable and this is not safe for my baby to use.

I placed my order middle if December, today we have 18/01 order still not received. Customer service terrible, not getting back straight away, back to me after 10 days and advised that I have to wait as parcel is in it’s way. Gave completely different tracking number again. This was a
Christmas gift for my daughter. I understand delays during Christmas season happen but not over a month.
Not happy at all and even if I receive the stuff I don’t Want it anymore and I
will not pay for return service.
After my experience I would not recommend this company at all

Bought the kids table and chair set looked very modern snd stylish online and lovely colours, however it is of shocking quality. Chairs falling apart, screws don’t go in properly and just keep spinning when fixing it together, and paint chipped everywhere. Unfortunately it’s now out of stock so if I return I can’t get a replacement straight away and I really wanted this!!

I opted to keep it at a slight discount the retailer offered thinking I could salvage it myself but big mistake as my husband whose a DIY expert has tried to fix it today and said it’s not going to last very long at all it’s very shoddy. I’m really disappointed as I always thought you get what you pay for. Unfortunately not. I’d have added images but not sure how to do that! Please don’t waste your money on this product id assume all their products will be just as bad.

Bought toys mid November for Christmas.

They did not arrive which is understandable at this time of year. I followed up on the 6th December to which customer service replied numerous times back and forth repeatedly asking for information that had already been provided.

After one week of back and forth emails a form was provided to follow up with the postal service.

One month after purchase, no goods, no answer.

This way our first Christmas with our first child and we couldn’t be more disappointed.
Postal problems happen, the terrible customer service really isn’t understandable.

Purchased 2 chairs and table for my little ones, via Cuckooland.com, based in the UK.

Although the design and materials used are of a high standard, unfortunately I believe there are some quality control issues somewhere along the line.

The second chair had been glued together with the wooden joints half-way pushed in, which not only meant the drill holes could not be properly aligned, but it would have caused durability issues / looked very poorly made. I have taken photos upon receipt.

The table has chipped paint and missing its bolts and instructions paperwork.

For £54 / chair and £84 / table, I feel the company should have been very strict on QC.

We also have a tippee tent from them in the colour mint and the stitches are all loose on the sides, near the entrance drapes - again, for a children's fabric tent which costs in excess of £100, that's unacceptable.

Truly lovely designs. My daughter loved their blanket, which was really nice and soft. I also loved the small dimensions that made it perfect for a cot.
Toys however can be of mixed quality. While a box of wooden blocks survived my firstborn and is now awaiting my second, I have less than great experience with textile toys. The playmat I ordered came a bit dirty and shed SO much after washing I wasn’t even able to use it. It’s also very thick and not great for crawling babies. A playbook I got also barely survived a wash and is now coming apart on every seam.
Also shipping is very pricey, even for EU.
I would still reccomend the brand, but they could work on the product quality aspect.

Ordered dolls house for my daughter as birthday gift from grandma, but they sent it to wrong address, missed address line….After number of emails to Customer Service they still stand that it was my address, pretend that they don’t see Order Confirmation, where my address was correct. Dissatisfied with their service. They keep talking we delivered to you, despite the address is wrong((

I really like their products. Unfortunately customer service is unhelpful. Their claim "ordered before 14:00, shipped same day" is not valid, my order shipped 2 days later and was not in time for the birthday. I recommend buying from larger and more reliable platform with same-day shipping if you are in a hurry. They ignored my request to cancel the order before it was shipped and refused to send a return label. It's a shame.

I have 4 products from them this is my first review.

Good toy designs nice colours and make a nice doll for baby boys which you can put in washing machine.

Really the doll is good design and excellent top quality highly recommended.

Only 4 stars as the wooden toys even if are great designs and colours seems loose there paint quickly and this is big safety issue with young children.

Also products are made in China which means the mark up price is ridiculous for products which are not always the best quality for the price which is charged.

Great designs but watch out for poor quality of Chinese made goods

After receiving a nice present from a friend and buying a lamp from this brand, I decided to buy 2 toys for my little boy.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of them: as you might expect from an 8 month old baby, he puts everything in his mouth, and after less than 10 minutes playing with it, the painting came off, causing him an entire day of cough resulting in throwing up!

I really like this brand, and I would like to continue to be a customer, but this is unacceptable, we are talking about babies' safety and I would encourage them to seriously review the quality of your products.

Parcel came very soon, the product is as we wanted it.

Everything was very easy and straight forward. My daughter absolutely loves her doll and made sure to give it some water before putting it to bed.

Cancelled order because Little Dutch, for some reason, does not serve in Canary islands (which is Spain).

As a supplier, we wanted to get preety baby item for our customers. We sent a request for that to the support. After a long waiting time they replied in a very unprofessional way that they did not want to work with us - fine. After that we asked for the approx delivery time for one item, which was out of stock. Never heard from them again. We still needed these products and ordered 2 month after when everything was in stock again. After that everything went well.
