DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They have gone into liquidation. I too have had no confirmation of my order and cannot get through to them via email or telephone……thus discovering they have gone into liquidation!

I placed an order on 27/09. I have been waiting almost 3weeks to receive my order. I received one email from them telling me that they were awaiting stock & would be dispatched same day. I am so disappointed. I have phoned and spent most of the day trying to speak with someone but again to no avail. My order wasn’t for a large sum of money but that’s not the point. I was happy to have found little fields farm, has lovely products but I don’t think I will ever order from them again, I don’t even think I will receive the order I placed in September. Terrible service

I have received terrible service from this company. My products were supposed to be dispatched within 4 working days, but after 2 weeks of not receiving them, I cancelled my order due to the delayed dispatch. It has now been over 2 months and I still have not received my refund despite writing to them so many times.

Sometimes they do not even respond to emails. It is unacceptable to take people's money and not refund it when the service has not been provided.

I would not order from here again neither would i recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered on the 6th still no email saying my stuff has been dispatched. I’ve emailed them but still no reply. I paid by bank transfer which over never done befor so getting a bit suspicious now as not hearing anythin

No customer service. Item missing from order, no communication and have emailed three times and still no resolution. Will never order from them again.

Shocking service. Think twice about ordering from this business. I placed an order with them on 28 Aug understanding it would be despatched by 1st Sep latest. The order confirmation advised I’d receive an email confirming despatch. No email received by 3rd Sep so queried when my order would be sent. Received an auto acknowledgment of my enquiry advising they’d respond within 1-2 days. 4 days later and I haven’t had the courtesy of a response. Neither has my order been received. This business does not deserve custom when it treats customers so shockingly bad. How I regret ordering from them! Don’t make the same mistake.

I had to get PayPal to refund my money from this company. Standard letter being sent about contact in 1/2 days etc.

Purchased an item online 25th July 2023. Payment went through, but had no further correspondance. Have since read reviews online about them ceasing trading. I tried calling them, with no answer. In the end I had to resort to contacting my bank in an attempt to get a refund.

Sad that they have gone. Hope they come back soon.

I highly recommend the garden tools available at this store. They are top-notch in quality and have made my gardening tasks much easier and more efficient.

Really disappointed that I have not had my refund for returned goods. Just wasted a total of 30 minutes on phone to them on hold as ‘caller number one’ and googled the company to find they have ceased trading. Surely they can either cut their phone line or leave a message to avoid customers wasting time and more money.

Company took an order and money on 17th January and then put something on the web on 20th January to say they had ceased trading. No communication at all after e-mail registering order on 17th January. So have taken the money and sent no goods. As others have said it is sad to see a business go under but disappointing to be treated in this way. Only just found out what is happening by searching the web.

The delivery is on time. Thanks little farms. Definitely we’ll recommend to family & friends.

the post code supplied to Yodel was incorrect. They have scanned the document on two occasions, last time was 17th Jan but they now cannot trace it. It appears on the website that Little Field Farms is closed permanently, have tried to email and phone without success - I have not received these items and Yodel will not help and just said I should contact LFF which I have tried to both by email and telephone with no success./

proceeded to take funds when they couldn't send out stock with no warning

they have shut down now and not providing any invoices to help with getting money back with the bank
money has been stolen

Gutted! Took my order on 16th Jan, must have known they were about to go bust! Trying to get a refund but paid on debit card. Companies house does not show them in administration (yet), makes me wonder if they really are. Shockingly bad.
