Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! Ordered 4 items and only one arrived. The one that did arrive had to be returned as the sizing is completely off. I've spent the last year trying to get the money back for it. So disappointed with the service which is a real shame as I really want to support eco friendly, forward-looking companies.
