Ordered the luxury bathroom mat which was not as luxury as expected and therefore vastly overpriced for the quality. Also shipped from China when we believed that we were buying from a UK seller. Disappointed.

I reached out to the customer service team as i had misplaced the charger for my sons night light just asking what type it was so i could re buy one, they were so so helpful and sent me a replacement night light in the post with a new charger-so kind of them, amazing customer service and something i would never had expected- thank you!

I ordered 3 cordless lamps, all very stylish and an excellent buy. Had a problem with one which lost charge very quickly. I notified Little Jax and they arranged for a replacement lamp to be sent out to me. It arrived quickly, and works well. Customer service was excellent, with prompt, helpful responses. Many thanks.

I ordered 2 cordless table lights from Little Jax, they were just what I wanted but unfortunately one of them was damaged this was dealt with quickly and efficiently and a replacement was sent, I am very happy with how this was dealt with.

Ordered a butterfly pillow 26 Jan and it arrived 10 Feb, it shipped from China. I specifically chose a UK company as I wanted to reduce shipping. LJ are not honest about items shipping direct from China amd website makes it look completely UK. The pillow is ok, but not premium as advertised.

The little jax umbrella that I purchased was delivered to the wrong address by Evri. After letting the little Jax team know that I was unable to locate the item, they shipped me a replacement.
Great service. Prompt and polite replies to my emails.
The umbrella itself is lovely and a quality product. It’s a little heavier than I’d hoped, but this is because it is very sturdy and has a comfortable handle. Hard to hold a flimsy umbrella with a tiny handle, in a windy downpour. It’s compact though and a classy looking product. Very happy customer.

Absolute tat from China. Avoid at all costs. Clothing is thin and not very good. Not worth the money at all. Paid £26 and £22 for two outfits for child which in all honesty could have picked up from the market for a couple of quid. Ridiculously long delivery time - comes from China. Or in one case, the Netherlands via China.

When ordering I was sure I had pick the medium size however when I picked an initial to be embroidered it must have reverted back to the small size. This was my fault as I did not check prior to paying so when it arrived I was disappointed however I contacted them straight away and the service I have recieved has been first class. They emailed me back on Christmas day which I was no expecting. They went above and beyond to assist with getting it sorted sharp. Thank you thank you thank you. Would I recommend to family and friends. ABSOLUTELY. Love this companies customer service. (Adam Thomson)

Great customer service. I’ve ordered 1 mini claw machine , when arrived something was broken inside. I’ve got a replacement straight away and arrived just in time for Christmas

Calling this a 'removable' cover which you can keep clean 'with ease' is misleading! The buttons are sewn into the button holes and Patrick, the very nice and responsive owner, admits you have to cut the button holes wider to slip the buttons out to get the cover off. So after the palaver of snipping, washing and wrestling the cover back on, the buttons then slip out of the now cut holes unless you sew them up each time. This is not 'with ease' as the blurb says, and it's like doing a special work of upholstery on them. The cushions do look nice which is why I've given them a 4 star and customer service is great but I think it's important to be honest about how 'removeable' these covers actually are! I don't know how long they will last unless I never touch them.

I ordered 2 of the wedge cushions but only got tracking info for one. I contacted customer services who replied instantly and sent me the other number. I then received the first cushion (which is fantastic by the way- great quality and v comfy!) but the 2nd cushion took ages to get to the UK and then seemed to just get stuck somewhere. I had countless conversations back and forth with customer services who were just fantastic and so quick to reply. Anyway, after a long wait- the 2nd cushion finally arrived today in time for Xmas. I’m so happy! I hadn’t realised when I’d ordered, that the goods would be coming from China so please be mindful of this and allow plenty of time to receive your goods. They are worth the wait! (I did feel I needed to knock one star off though - only because it isn’t clear how far the goods would be travelling before you place your order. Other than that, everything else is 5 star!)

Ordered a product 10 December not arrived messaged twice and said "please allow up to 14 working day"

Customer service amazing. Really quick to respond over questions. Sent additional products out free of charge.
Can’t fault the company, pleasure to have purchased from.
The products are high end, really good quality. Highly recommend.

Very happy with Little Jax. I emailed their customer service department about a part that did not work. They said that they would arrange for a replacement to be sent to me. It arrived about a week later. Full marks.

Feel compelled to share, so others aren't duped! Little Jax are in China, not the UK as they pretend to be on the website. Bought two items for about £35 each: Astronaut team & Moon decor set and Colour Changing Moon Lamp. These are cheap and nasty, the boxes look awful and could have been picked up for a fiver at the market I think. Sorry, Little Jax, but you need to up your game and be transparent.

I ordered the luxury wedge pillow, and was really surprised at how good quality it was when it arrived. I was a bit hesitant as I had read some bad reviews about them but it’s perfect! The fabric feels really nice & it looks exactly how it does on the pictures too, super comfortable and fit my bed perfectly.
I’d say the only downsides are 1) the price is a little expensive, however can’t complain too much as it exceeded my expectations.
2) I didn’t realise that it would be shipped from China, as the website uses a UK domain so it did make me worry that it wasn’t coming from somewhere I was expecting. Due to this, it did take around 2 weeks ish to arrive so if you’re ordering for a present/want it to arrive by a certain time, just keep this in mind :)

Excellent customer service. I got in touch prior to purchasing to ask a question about an item and was answered straight away. After purchasing the item, I discovered it to have a fault. Little Jax again responded immediately, sending a replacement with no quibbles and making sure that it arrived before Christmas. I am very pleased with the new item. Thanks Little Jax!

Paid 15 pounds for some terrible cheaply manufactured fairy lights that came in a plastic bag labelled christmas decorations. Could get them from the pound shop, avoid this store.

Another company from china mascarading as a legitimate company selling nice goods. The products are substandard and have a horrid synthetic feel. DO NOT buy from here.
