Very disappointed. Was so looking forward to trying it out but the fitted cover only fits top to bottom. the cover is not big enough to fit the sides which is so disappointing. it doesn't even come half way down the sides and it's just a simple queen not tall at all.

Only received part of my order. Still waiting on the large rug. Very disappointed have sent several emails but still no rug.

Inferior product. The listing image is clearly AI-generated and extremely misleading. It shows a thick, fluffy bathroom mat where a person’s foot sinks deeply into it, implying a plush, luxury feel. In reality, the mat that arrived is about the thickness of a credit card and feels incredibly cheap. The quality is nowhere near what was advertised and honestly not worth more than 5p. Very disappointed.

Not at all what I expected. Sheet does not fit a twin XL. I would not purchase again and would not recommend this sheet to anyone. It does not fit the mattress as it is not true to size.

Recently purchased a bathroom mat. The quality was rubbish. Not worth more than £5.00. I feel I have been scammed. Do not buy anything from this company. I have attempted to contact this company to no avail.

Ordered two umbrellas, recived 3. Look good quality, slightly bigger than expected but that's due to handle. Haven't had to test in windy rainy weather yet

I received what I thought was my order today till I opened it, was supposed to of been a pillow but they sent me one glass, I am absolutely fuming as the pillow cost me £66. 😡

Product looks very different to the photos. While not a complete letdown it was disappointing to find the quality to be much lower than expected.

Ordered a luxury bath matt but what I received was a cheep looking badly made bath matt. Do not trust this website. Very expensive for the cheap tat you will receive.
