Little Ones is an established London Nanny and Housekeeping agency. We have been specialising in the placement of bilingual and English-speaking Nannies, providing childcare solutions since 2005. We are the leaders in our field. We are proud to promote bilingualism and intercultural understanding through educating children with articulate bilingual and English speaking Childcare-givers. We understand the importance of language development in a child’s early years and we recruit candidates who share the same ethos. We understand that the roles of a Nanny, a Nanny-Housekeeper and a Housekeeper are very different. This is why our consultants are specialists both in the vocations and cultures of the people they place. We guarantee we can make the domestic recruitment process positive, personal and above all stress free.

I really appreciate help and support I have received from the agency. I was always well informed about the progress during the interview period while looking for my new position. I’m very grateful for their professionalism and support during them this time, as it made the situation less stressful as she always replied to any questions immediately. Truly appreciate their help!!!

I am updating my previous 5-star Google review as the service has been incredibly poor following the initial placement.
We paid a £1,600 placement fee for a housekeeper/nanny to work one day a week. Within the first 10 weeks of the contract, the nanny took 3 weeks of holiday, had 2 short-notice cancellations (both less than 24 hours notice, 1 on the day), and then resigned. This means we paid a £1,600 agency fee for a total of only 5 days of work.
Since the end of November, the agency’s 'gesture of goodwill' to find a replacement has been ineffective. In two months, they have sent only one CV, and that candidate was unable to work the one day a week required.
I asked for a partial refund given that the cost-to-service ratio is completely unreasonable, but I was told no. We have essentially spent over £2,600 (fee + wages) for 5 days of help. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of support and would advise others to be very wary of the financial risk if a placement doesn't work out.

My experience was amazing, Jack was extremely helpful, and made progress so easy and not as stressful. Very quick response to any questions I had. Really appreciate it

Although I didn’t find someone through Little ones because my requirements were so specific, they were the only agency that really tried to help me. I really appreciated all of their efforts. All the other agencies didn’t bother to contact me at all, and I’ve had to follow up with them.

We used Little Ones to find a nanny/housekeeper. The process appeared to be going well. In November 2025, we found someone we liked, offered her the position (to start in Jan 2026) and Little Ones invoiced us for their services (nearly £7,000), which we duly paid. Only upon communicating very shortly before her start date with the new nanny did she tell us that she had informed Little Ones, in late November 2025, that she could not take up the position. She provided a written record of this communication. I complained to Little Ones immediately upon this discovery, in December 2025. As of 14 January 2026, I am still waiting for a refund of the nearly £7,000 paid for the role they never secured. I feel that not only have Little Ones lied and obfuscated about the fact that, despite knowing the nanny could not proceed, they nevertheless charged me for their apparent services, but they are now fobbing me off with pathetic excuses about "refund process". They have had our money now for over 6 weeks when they should never have invoiced for it. Needless to say, I shall never use them again and suggest you avoid them like the plague for the fraudulent and dishonest behaviour they have displayed to me.
In response to the communication below from James Ross, I have been in communication with you since late December 2025 and you still fail to provide any reason why either you took the money in the first place (incompetence is all I can surmise) nor why you continue to withhold our monies which you have now had for more than 6 weeks. Please answer those questions.

Great support from Nadia and Juanes - very responsive and helpful - and they found us an excellent nanny for our family!

Little Ones response time to my application was swift. I had an interview with the lovely Breeya who talked me through the process of joining and what to expect. She listened to my expectations for a job and was able to find me one within 2months of being with the company. Many thanks !
To avoid! They call you every day and are always available until you pay the fees but if you have any questions or issues once the payment is don then they don’t reply to your messages nor even to your calls!
I had a first nanny with fake references and totally unreliable in terms of attendance who resigned after 4 months claiming she was unwell but later found out she is a ticktocker and just wanted to apply for a master in LA. We also had a few safety incidents with her which made me quite relieved when she resigned.
Her replacement seemed great, unfortunately even less reliable than her in terms of attendance and with a “I don’t care” attitude that was out of this world.
After this, they were so “kind” to grant me a second replacement even though you are only allowed once, but after one interview which was not successful and one CV shared that was not in line with our need, they went MIA. It’s been now two months and we have no replacement yet and no news from them.

Little Ones London are professional, well organised, and supportive throughout. I would definitely recommend them.

This agency took a substantial fee to find a nanny for our child. After a serious safeguarding incident involving facial bruising, the agency acknowledged the issue and agreed to provide a replacement instead of a refund.
The replacement search was poorly handled, unsuitable candidates were sent, and the search was later closed without discussion. After more than a year of silence, the agency now denies the agreement entirely, citing missing records and staff turnover.
Families should exercise extreme caution before paying large fees to this company. Proper vetting, safeguarding, and accountability appear to be lacking. We are now pursuing recovery of our fees legally. Please stay away

TLDR: Don't write any of the agents a positive review until they have secured a job for you.
First person I was put with, Matthew, ghosted me in a way that left me in complete shock. He interviewed me and seemed really nice, then asked me to write a review of him, saying his company was doing a contest where each employee had 24 hours to get as many reviews as they could. I was in a different time zone and so didn't see the message for a long time, but wrote him a great review, which he thanked me for, but after that, the ghosting started. Not responding to me for a couple weeks at a time, not wanting to get my DBS check started, etc. It was hard not to feel that he had just wanted a great review (maybe they get bonuses if they get the most positive reviews?) When I confronted him about it, he said he'd been 'away' and then pretty much completely ghosted me. I couldn't believe it!
I have worked with many agencies and always had great relationships with them, loving how efficient, responsive, and skilled at finding compatible families they have been. Some positive experiences in the past: Pavilion Agency in NYC, SmartSitting in NYC and Los Angeles, and The Lighthouse Agency in Berlin. Luckily I found an amazing job at a school on my own, which is why I can write this review.
Second person I was put with was extremely kind but still didn't get one interview, which is a little odd because I've been a nanny for 10 years. I understand, though, that the nanny market is tough during this economic downturn. But when I posted on Facebook, I immediately got interviews. It's hard for me to not think that this company mostly just wants people to sign up for the various courses they offer.

I initially began speaking with this agency but nothing came to fruition.
They contacted me again trying to pair me for a job then ghosted me for 3 weeks. When I brought this up I was called out for ‘ghosting’ them when we were only ever trying to set a phone call up.
Reminded them that they reached out to me not the other way round. I feel like I was contacted and ghosted for some sort of revenge.
I have heard nothing but bad things from this agency and should have listened.

I applied for a role through the agency little ones uk , and Laurane contacted me quickly. She carefully reviewed my CV and understood my experience as a Maternity Nurse.
✅ Interview — L. then interviewed me, and it was very easy-going and comfortable. She created a friendly and relaxed atmosphere while still keeping the conversation professional, which made the interview feel natural and stress-free 🌟
✅ Communication — Laurane speaks fluent English and French, as I do, and this made communication effortless throughout the entire process.
She efficiently completed my background checks and very quickly found a lovely family who needed my services 🏡✨
I am sincerely grateful for her support, dedication, and expertise throughout.
I highly recommend the agency Little ONE s UK for their professionalism, and I especially want to thank Laurane for her outstanding recruitment skills 🙌💛

I’ve only been using them for the past two weeks and already I’ve had more than five interviews a meet the family and also now a job offer. Finding a job isn’t easy and is a long process but with the help of Morgane Cognaud and little ones it’s so quick and easy but also made perfect to what I was looking for!
Emily.
