I am sharing my personal experience…

I am sharing my personal experience with Little Paws Angels so that other potential buyers can make an informed decision.

I contacted them about Gucci, a female Cavapoo advertised on their website for £950 with a £350 reservation deposit. After communicating with the seller via WhatsApp, I paid the £350 deposit and we arranged an appointment to visit Gucci in Central London.

Before the visit, I was asked to pay a further £300 for veterinary/microchip-related fees. The bank details provided for this additional payment were under a different person’s name from the account used for my original £350 deposit. I did not make this additional payment.

On the agreed day, my husband, our children and I drove approximately 1.5 hours to the address provided by the seller to meet Gucci. When we arrived, nobody was there to meet us. We repeatedly called from both my phone and my husband’s phone and sent WhatsApp messages, but received no response.

We spoke to the building manager at the address and were told there were no dogs there. This was particularly concerning because the website describes the puppies as being raised in a family home in Central London and says visits can be arranged.

After this experience, I reported the matter to Report Fraud and contacted my bank regarding the £350 payment.

I have retained the advertisement, proof of payment, WhatsApp conversations, veterinary document, bank details provided to me, call records and details of the arranged visit.

This review describes my own experience and the events as they occurred. I would advise anyone considering making a payment to do their own checks and verify the puppy and seller in person before transferring any money.
