Absolutely a Scam company, refuses refunds after they scam you.

Very bad service. Package come almost 1 month. In additional I need to pay tax. They not answer to my emails.
For Europeans I don't recommend to order anything from this web site.

ordered mother's day gift they said would ship before mother's day - gift was still "processing" a week after Mother's day. asked to cancel order and receive refund and the company refused saying the item was shipped (after another week mind you).

These lovely people happily took my order and money, that i ordered through an ad on facebook. It was advertised as a mothers day gift. A week and a half after mothers day i messaged in, they couldnt even find my order, then when they finally did a few emails/days later, they said it hadnt been processed yet. So i told them it was late already, i wanted to cancel it. They stopped responding until i filed a dispute with paypal. Awful company. Awful customer service. And the mug doesn't work like in the ad. They do respond politely, but just to tell you they arent going to help you and they have your money, so you cant do anything.

I won't say much that's different from some of the other reviews here: I wouldn't ever use or count on this company again.

Ordered a mug for Mother's Day, was told it would ship on the 6th. Accidentally ordered two of the same exact mugs with the same personalized message. Contacted them immediately to get the issue addressed. No one ever responded to my email or reached out to help.

Oh, and it didn't ship May 6, something that would have ensured it arrived either by or shortly after Mother's Day. It shipped today, May 16, with absolutely no explanation or recompense. Happy to support small businesses but these guys took my money and ran.

SCAM, I paid for the mug, that cost 24 and the shipment, that cost 8.99, once my package gets there, the shipment company ask for another 22 or my shipment is going back to the company, I´m going to pay more than 50 dollars for a stupid mug, dont fall in this scam.

Ordered 1 single mug and it is going on 3 weeks now... Still hasn't shipped. Tried to cancel but they refused. Scam company.

Ordered something for mothers day. Said it would arrive in 4 days. Instead it took 10 days to process the order then it shipped DHL and is taking 8 more days to arrive. No explanation. Waste of money!

This company likes to bait and switch things on you. I wanted to order a mug for mothers day and I was told that it would ship out on May 4-6. It didn't ship out until May 11! Ridiculous! Plus they use the cheapest and most unreliable carrier in DHL. Now its another 2 weeks or so until I get it. This company lies to make sales. I'm so livid I might just throw the mug away when I get it.

They use DHL for shipping so a normal UPS/USPS 3 day trip takes 2 weeks

When I placed my order, the shipping address auto-filled.
I contacted them 10 minutes after placing the order and they have been completely unwilling to change the address, cancel the order, or issue me a refund.
Terrible customer service and super uncooperative. I absolutely will never do business with them again.
