Paid for my order on 21/10/24 and still nothing has arrived and no dispatch info. A lady called Caroline emailed back once to state they would resend, and they haven’t and I am now being ignored. Looks like I will be driving down the shop this weekend to kick off and ensue I get my item or money back!!!!!
Buyer Beware!
Paid in full and then terrible service! Luckily the manufacturer stepped in and we were able to get the full order.
Don't trust these with one of the most precious purchases you're going to make.
If you can go direct with the manufacturer then do it or go somewhere else.
Wouldn’t bother with this company. Placed an order 10th July contacted them 7 days later on when my order would be shipped out, was told they would ring me back with an update that never happened, had no reply to any of my messages (very ignorant)
Luckily I paid through PayPal so I had buyer protection was refunded by PayPal (Thank you) .
