Absolutely no customer service, they ignore your emails, messages, tickets and no one answers their phone. The website does not tell you when thing are not in stock but still take your payment and expect you to wait until they receive stock and be physic to realise this. Their 48hr tracked service is only from the day they eventually post it which could 2 weeks after placing your order. Despite requesting cancellation of the order by emails they don't acknowledge or through a PayPal dispute they still send the items and ignore my request to cancel it. I don't recommend them purely through their very poor service. I'm no longer interested in what their items might actually be like which is a shame

Love the products but customer service is non existent.
My order was taking so long to come I emailed to find out what the hold up was….no reply! Order eventually turned up 1 month later and it was not what I paid for. Emailed again to see how it could be rectified but no reply.
Copied and pasted email to “live chat” and still waiting for reply!
Not a good way to run a business!
Won’t be using them again or recommending them to others.

I'm have sent so many messages and tried calling to find out where my order I placed on the 29th of January has got to. The phone number doesn't connect and the messages are ignored. Very disappointing as I love the products but I won't order again as they are expensive and I expect better customer service than this.

After being a very happy customer, I’ve had a really disappointing experience of late. I placed an order worth over £60, a week later, it was not showing as dispatched. I contacted them via Facebook as the email address supplied for them on The Shop app bounces back. They did reply, saying that they were waiting for a bottle delivery. However, when my order didn’t arrive on the revised date, I messaged again and received no reply. I put one comment under. FB post, which they removed rather than addressing. My order has since arrived and I reached out expressing my disappointment with their customer service. The response was that they apologise for failing to respond and it was an error but they didn’t comment on deleting posts, late postage (which you pay for) or my upset. They also failed to reply to a further message, which I sent to explain how I felt I’d lost trust in them but love their product. I guess I was hoping to receive a sincere response, in line with the positivity they promote on their social media. The products are nice enough but I have no confidence that a problem with an order would be rectified. Equally, they don’t seem to value returning customers, which is sad, as I’ve previously given positive reviews and have placed a number of higher value orders. I’ll now be looking for a similar company but with a better customer service.

Just received my first purchase. To say I'm delighted is an understatement. Perfectly packaged and smell beautiful.
My clients will be delighted at Christmas time.

Lovely I bought the temple balm as it has no lavendar just peppermint & rosemary. Quality product, smells amazing I take it everywhere!

I bought the box of 6 15ml creams at Christmas and just loved them!! I’m on a big jar of Phoenix cream now as it is soooo soothing on my aches and pains.All the creams smell gorgeous…and the Neroli hand cream is wonderful!!! I think it’s fairly obvious that I love them all anx have no problem recommending them to everyone!!!

Love these products, both for personal use and gifts Arrives promptly and always beautifully packaged. Certainly aids sleep and headaches. The only complaint is delivery costs - OK if purchasing gift sets or multiple jars but really costly if only purchasing one jar

Such wonderful creams, a pleasure to use instantly cheerful and smelling nice all day. Chamomile cream very soothing and great for scars but also all over including the face.

I use Temple Balm regularly as I suffer migraines, even when medication has no effect temple balm helps ease the pain along with my icepack. I would not be without it, makes a difference and I would recommend it for anyone who suffers headache’s you will not be disappointed.

Bought little pot of magic, sleep kit and phoenix cream for pain, they are all so soothing and absolutely gorgeous smell I absolutely love them. Thank you
