Not even received my order yet, because I only ordered it a few hours ago.... But I was so impressed with the customer service that I had to review already! So, I managed to order what I wanted twice, in 2 separate orders. I replied to one of the confirmation emails, telling them of my error and asking for the second one to be canceled and refunded..... Within the hour, it had been! On a Sunday evening!! I can't wait to get my order, I have already tried a friend's headache balm, it did help and smells lush.

Item didn’t turn up, no attempt to help
Item didn’t turn up and when I chased I either got ignored or they blamed Royal Mail. No attempt to help - if it was my business (and I do run a very successful business) I’d have sent a replacement immediately. No excuse for poor customer care these days.
Will have to try to reclaim my money from the credit card provider.

We have been in contact with you and also replied today to you informing you, that replacement will be sent on Monday as our Fulfillment company does not operate on weekends. We are very small family company and unfortunately we can't operate like big companies like Amazon etc. It was sent to you following working day using Royal Mail 48 Tracked service. I bought the headache balm and sleep pack after those being highly recommended and neither have disappointed. Lovely packaging, the headache balm has helped ease headaches and I’m getting a better nights sleep using the Dream Time roll, it smells amazing and a little goes a long way!
