Nice offer and prices
Nice website, quite easy to use (even if I had some difficulties putting the correct civic nr of my address as it has the "/" character.
By the way, shipping was very fast and customer service supportive in providing me all the info I needed.
The only drawbackwas the shipping cost but I understand, considering that they deliver basically anywhere outside their country :-)

Fast shipping, good product at a great discount price. However, the return will not be free. I kept my bag, if unsure about the product, checkout their return policy first.

Goods not shipped
I placed an order on 7/07/23 ... yesterday i was told that i never paid the order which is why the items were never sent . After i provided proof of payment , I was told that the issue was that they didn't charge me for shipping , by mistake , i assume .... So i was asked after 24 days if i wanted to pay 50 euros for shipping or cancel my order .... I always paid 19.95 and none of the websites i purchase from charge more than 25 euros from mainland Europe ... so after i expressed my frustration , i was simply told that they assumed that i wanted to cancel the order and that they will refund me the money as soon as possible ! So much for customer satisfaction ! After 24 days ,they should have sent the goods free of charge at the most or at least simply charged the standard shipping rate not double ! Incredible !

Firstly I would like to apologize for the delay in processing your order. Unfortunately your order was not properly processed through our system. Our system sometimes makes mistaskes, our apologies for this. However after double-checking your payment, we did confirm with you that your payment did go through. Because the order wasn't processed yet, the extra shipping wasn't calculated when you first ordered. The extra shipping cost amounts to 50 euros, since it is not within our usual shipping range. We've had contact with you multiple times about this issue, and since you expressed your frustratuion about your order....understandably so. We decided to cancel your order and refund you, because you requested us to send you your order free of charge. Unfortunately, this request is out of our authorization.
