Ordered item yes it was personalised , but it’s arrived and it looks nothing like what was pictured on website .
I made contact with the customer services who told me nope that’s the correct product despite being bright shiny silver but what feature online was described as steel and looked like a dark charcoal
This was the first time I have ordered from here but I know my granddaughter has her leotards from here. She had asked for something in particular for her birthday and when I found the item I noticed it could be personalised, great, the site was easy to navigate although there isn't a lot to go through, the price was fair but p&p a bit on steep side. Well it arrived today, the item itself is fine and her name has been added with little gemstones which is pretty, however what I'm not happy about is that the letter E looks more like a B, so I've had to pick off the gems to make it look better and more like her name.
