Be warned

Placed a £170 order with this business in October for my daughter’s Christmas presents, with UK shipping. Now 8th December, the items have not arrived, and the tracking has not moved since last month. However, over 20 emails back and forth later and Little Thingz is still refusing a refund while the courier ‘carries out an investigation’. Have now asked my bank to investigate. It’s appalling that a retailer thinks they can hold onto your money like this. Meanwhile, I ordered replacement items from Hypostore, which arrived in the UK in 4 days. I strongly recommend you avoid shopping with Little Thingz at all costs.
