Do not buy Little Tikes Light Up Firefly Tent. After one day of play, trying to fold up for storage is IMPOSSIBLE!! I have never written a review but this pop up tent was absolutely the worst purchase I have ever made. Very very cheaply built. Even when my grandson was trying to play in it, it would easily topple over. I bought it on sale at Academy for 29.99. It is going in the trash today. Do not waste your money. You should be ashamed of this product Little Tikes!!!!

Bouncy castle full of mood after not having even owned the bouncy castle for more than a year. Little tikes could be less bothered about the issue and won’t resolve it amicably which has led me to this review.

Purchased an expensive bouncy castle from Amazon in July 2021. Over the winter months I stored this bouncy castle in a dry garage that is attached directly to my house (has indoor heating etc). Upon taking the bouncy castle out for my kids in April 2022 I noticed that the entire bouncy castle was covered in mold specs literally around the entire bouncy castle. So I emailed Amazon who advised it was a fault with the manufacturing process and that it was clearly evident that not enough fungicide was contained within the plastics and for me to get in touch with the manufacturer directly. So I did, they asked for photo's and a copy of the invoice which I did. Then came the generic emails to "contact the retailer" etc and not willing to accept any liability or responsibilities for the manufacturing issue.
Safe to say, I would never buy another Little Tikes product ever again and will be contacting my local office of fair trading to resolve this issue. But it has put me off buying from this company again. Reading the rest of the reviews on this site, not surprisingly all very similar!

DO NOT buy anything expensive from Little Tikes like I did. I purchased a bouncy house/water slide and my children, ages 2 &4 enjoyed it so so so much! After maybe 2 months of play, the material pulled apart in an area where no one plays or even touches during play, so of course the inflatable would not stay inflated. I contacted Little Tikes, sent a picture of my receipt where I paid $460 for this defective thing, sent a picture of the spot where the material pulled apart, a picture of the serial number and everything else they asked for. I tossed the house in the dumpster as it was useless. They contacted me telling me they would replace my item AFTER they received the Little Tykes logo cut out of the house. I explained I tossed the house but I did send everything else. Their response was….sorry, we can’t replace it. What?? You just told me you would! I sent a picture of the house inflated that said LITTLE TIKES, I sent a close up of the hole in the material. And in the beginning, I didn’t even ask for a new house, I asked for a patch that was maybe a 6”x4” made for that specific type of material and THEY looked at my receipt and pictures and Sid they would send me a new one! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING YOU PLAN TO LOSE MONEY ON! I did and lost use of their defective product in less than 2 months!!!

Made contact after purchasing an item from Argos, I made this clear in the first email, listed the item in question and all of the issues … I got an email back asking for lots more details and loads of information I had already sent! Re set everything they asked for to be told they can’t help as it’s an Argos exclusive? If they properly read my initial email they could have told me this in the first place instead of wasting my time! It’s also a number of manufacture issues, it might be exclusive to Argos but they don’t make it!
Unhelpful and completely wasted my time, instead of not reading emails and sending poor generic emails back they should invest in some better customer service. Little Tikes has always been a much loved and trusted brand, so why not invest in providing a good and helpful customer service??

I bought my grandson a push pop truck only after three day it stopped popping contacted little tykes was told to send them a picture of the item and they would get back to me. Never heard from them, poor customer service. I took the toy apart and found a small piece on the axle had broken off poor design. Glued it back in place it work again. The toys that I purchased for my kids many years ago lasted alot longer than the toys they are selling today.

I bought a $500 2 in 1 bounce house/ water slide for my 2 toddlers. We bought in May, by August it had a spot that looked as if the threads were thin and it pulled apart in a spot you wouldnt play on. Cobtacted custoner service, was told they would replace it and was given instructions to send a photo of the receipt, the trouble spot, and a picture of the SN located inside the blower sleeve. I sent it all to them. And then they were like ok, we will send a new one once you cut the little tykes logo from the bounce house and mail it to us. WTH??? Its defective! It couldnt be used! I tried Gorilla water proof tape to seal the tear but it only held for a short while. It was a hazard! My 2 & 4 yr old couldnt play on it, so I rolled it up and hauled it to a dumpster. I have a blower motor and the storage bag that came with it. So....they WILL NOT replace it now!!!!

I purchased the Little Tikes First Self-Checkout Stand on 12 November. By the end of November, I had not received the product, so I emailed the company. I received a response to let me know that they were working on a 5-10 working day timeline but that I would received a text message from the shipping company to let me know when my order would be delivered. I continued to wait. By 5 December, I emailed again to inquire about my item's location. I received a response back to let me know that delivery was attempted on 22/11 (the same day I was emailed by the customer service team to say that I would be informed when my item was shipped - clearly didn't even look at my account to see where my order was, or they could have advised) but they would try to arrange a re-delivery with the shipping company. By this point, delivery had been attempted 17 days prior. That is 17 days of ZERO communication or attempt to re-deliver. I had never received the promised text message and no card was put through my door to let me know that delivery had been attempted. I emailed back to change the delivery address for the item to be delivered to my work so that I was sure I would not miss the delivery again. I received a response saying that they contacted the shipping company and were advised that they could not change the delivery address at this time. I continued to wait AGAIN. No response to let me know when I would receive my order. On 13 December - over a month after I placed my order, I called customer service. The woman I spoke with was clueless. She cut off the phone call at one point, put me on hold for several minutes without telling me and then finally came back to me to tell me that my item had been returned to them.
1.) I never had an email cancelling my order.
2.) I never received a refund
3.) I had been told days prior that the shipping company couldn't change my address - if they had been in touch with the shipping company, surely they would have known that my item had been returned to sender? So I was blatantly lied to.
So after waiting over a month for this product - emailing customer service several times, calling customer service to chase my package - after all of that, I have been told that the product is now out of stock! So I can't get the item that I ordered over a month ago. THEN! to top it off - I received an email stating that, "when they receive my return, I'll be reimbursed." Pardon me? Little Tikes told me that the product had been returned, so why do I have to wait to receive my refund?
The customer service was so poor from start to finish. The little communication I did have with this company was terrible. I asked to escalate my case to management, and was ignored. I could not be more disappointed in the service that I received.
It’s 2021- is there an excuse for poor communication about delivery.
I ordered a Little Tikes Taxi for my grandson’s birthday. it clearly stated it was in stock. Usually, with the majority of companies , you find out within a couple of days when the order is coming or if there is a delay. One week on , no updates. I’ve tried to find out by email and phoning twice this afternoon. I only to be told on both occasions that the right person will call me back. No call received.
As a last chance, I phoned a different customer service number who said I was to email for a refund. I have done this but had no acknowledgement!
I’m really disappointed and do hope I get a refund very quickly.

I won't be buying a Little Tikes product again, clearly they don't care about product safety and instead of addressing genuine concerns they simply dismissed them. The email from the unnamed customer service advisor clearly showed lack of product knowledge and factually incorrect, what was clear was they didn't even look into my concern.

I was actually really disappointed in the customer serviced I just received. I lost a few screws for the splish splash pump sink and asked to see if they sold them separately. I live in Ontario and we are still in lock down and can't walk into stores and I have no clue what size these screws are to order online. The customer rep messaged me back saying that they would send out a new product (which I was extremely excited about) but then said I need to deface the product (even though it is perfectly fine) and then send them a picture of it defaced and throw it in the garbage. To me this is extremely wasteful! I said no thank you and that I am not comfortable defacing and throwing out a perfectly good toy that my kids use often! It was very strange way to do business.
Terrible online service
The turtle sandpit is a great product much enjoyed by grandchildren. But right at the end of my ordering process the screen went blank, no confirmation, just said out of stock. I could find no trace of the order on their website Left it a day, still nothing, no emails, looked like a website issue so ordered elsewhere. Then it arrived and I now have two sandpits. No response at all to my first email enquiry, on my second attempt claimed they had sent an email and look in junk, which of course I had. Strange, since that email and requests for reviews came through OK. Their own review process doesn’t allow any comments on customer service, only the product! They did finally offer to collect and refund, but by that time I’d found someone to take it off my hands.

Once the kids outgrew it, it became a yard and garden wagon. We looked at this thing yesterday and were amazed at American made and well made. It still looks and works amazing.

I haven’t sent them pictures. The quality of this trampoline is HORRIBLE! In less then 2 months I have had to fix the elastic band TWICE! I would NEVER deal with them again. Customer service sucks
